I've changed my mind after some playing around..
Personally, If I lifted normally with less sets I still got a small hormonal response after training that I didn't seem to get when doing the higher reps.
I figure this can only be a good thing while in pct.
I'd just say try both and see what...
Luckily, I have 15 years of muscle memory to fall back on, so I figure if I loose some I'll gain it right back if I can eat enough to outdo the calorie expenditure of 8+ hours a day hauling tons of gravel and digging trenches lol. (I need my cushy IT job back)
I was just going to rep out on moderate weight for a week and go up from there, but I figured I'd bump in case someone else mentioned something that I might want to incorporate or whatever :P

Done it for years off and on. Strictly with coffee. In the AM and before the gym. Works just as it would normally (I used mono for lack of taste purposes)

I just switched to alternating curls and was able to curl a great deal more weight. 5lbs is a big jump for bicepts. Blew those suckers up :)
It worked so well I was inspired to do a few more movements (lat pulldowns and such) in an alternating route for a good 2-3 sets with like a 15lb...
some MAx LMG should be good to go as a bulker. With the epi it should go real nice if you don't have any issues with the compound (as with any compound of course)

If that doesn't work; you just need more sleep, or a better quality sleep (try Powerfull if dhea doesn't do the trick for you.)

I know- I wan't even looking for medical studies. I just mean, some sides come on faster with faster acting test, and slower with slower acting test, but it's all the same sides non the less (logically speaking and in my opinion-ish).

I'm not picking a bone or anything; but of you have sides from sust250, you have test sides. Personally, I dont know what sides cyp gives over prop or test E. It's kinda all the same.
I am not saying each different test gives it's own sides, but to my knowlage (which is very limited) a test...
as per your question: dhea is a GREAT way to combat lethargy.
I always forget about it until that side creeps up then I go digging through my cabinet and pull out some $4 bottle of dhea - problem solved.
It seems not many people don't like sust for legit reasons. Personally, the only cycle I've done with test was way back with sust250 and winny and had a fantastic cycle. Pinned 2x a week; no issues.
