    I'm starting with 350g's protein/350g's carbs/70 fat for my macros on a feed day, i'm going to be running a log of MK677 for 3 months, apparently it increases appetite quite well so i'm not too worried at this point about getting my macros in.

    Good advice, not suprising about increased fatloss while upping the protein while lowering fat and carbs as your getting a higher thermic effect from your food ;). I've just started pushing my fasting to 20 hours and i've noticed increased fatloss.

    It's too bad as when it was still building up in my system the endurance boost was nuts, I was already dominating my HIT sessions but this took it to a whole new level, high rep squats were a breeze.
