She fought well. Looks like he ran out of mojo. One hit to a man's privates and he is out of commission.
Nice gym btw, there is an adjoining room as well.

Has any further action been taken to control NAC? and recently saw this:
“FDA has concluded that NAC products are excluded from the dietary supplement definition under section 201(ff)(3)(B)(i) of the Act [21 U.S.C. § 321(ff)(3)(B)(i)].Jun 18, 2021
"if you’re deadlifting to be a better deadlifter fine. If you’re not, (you’re) doing that for deadlift’s sake, don’t f****** do it. The risk to reward ratio is a joke. "
He was DLing in the 800lb range.

Several pts. were made. sugar does not cause diabetes and red meat does. The other is processed meat is a carcinogenic. Eggs and dairy are bad. I mean it tosses almost everything upside down.
I truly find the former hard to believe. The latter is known and so we see the rise of nitrate free...
I recall lifting and walking a distance with a bare iron block 454, weighed 200lbs, and it was hard because of the uneven balance and lack of handholds compared to a barbell. This seems impossible to me. Anyone done similar? Not that I would recommend it.
Just diagnosed. Impossible to do any push exercises. pulling ok. Amazing a very small section of cartilage diminishment can have such a major impact on strength.
Anyone had it before and returned to lifting as before after therapy or surgery?
