its been a month since my surgery on my collarbone. i fractured it at the acromial? end of it, close to the shoulder.
i miss lifting weights. what can i do if i go to the gym today?
anyone had a fractured collarbone? and how long and how did you get back into your gym routine?
my left pec is more developed than my right pec, especially the inner part
so far my only strategy is one arm dumbbell press... looking to add more effective exercises that could help
ive been consistently getting stronger in the gym... i can either push more weights or more reps. but i am not putting on mass!
i weigh roughly the same... i look a tad more define and fuller muscles compare to 6 months ago. but im not putting on mass!

This has happened to me a few times before, but the past 2 months it has happened twice. i have no idea how or why it happens.
I would wake up with a minor headache. my head would feel heavy, like pressure on the side of my head. a few hours(everytime when i experienced it) later the headache...

i think ive heard the higher the % for ketosterols the more anabolic it is
while the lower the % the better it is for joints
so if building muscle is my main goal i should go with a higher % than say a 5% one?
