Hard to say how big, feels sort of lumpy, size 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch. Can't see anything, not itchy, just tender to firm pressure.
The Dr. is a good one, he works with alot of athletes. He's the mn vikings physician. Just by chance he turned out to be the family physician.

Well I went to a doctor and they glued it tighter. It looks alot better. They said it's not quite as good as stitches but better if I had done nothing.
I'm kind of wishing I would have got stitches now but I didn't. It's healing pretty well on it's own. I'm taking care to clean it a couple times a day with hydrogen peroxide, iodine and antibacterial ointment.
Go as you are. Don't try to overdue it you will gas out and anyone with more experience will make you pay for it. Just have fun get in shape and learn some cool moves in the process.
I didn't see the fight, but from what I've read about it I don't think gsp intentionally cheated. I think his corner man is guilty though. If the nsac guy witnessed this when it happened he should have done his job and had gsp wiped down. The NSAC dropped the ball and it's their own fault so...
Most important the heart, next the core. You should drop the weight. You will feel weaker at first but when you are used to that weight your strength will come back. With Grappling it takes a while to get used to a change in body weight just because you have less weight to put on people.
Hopefully Couture is learning some new tricks for this one too. He should be working on some submissions off his back.
