I hate carbs. Thank you Anabolic Diet.

No one seemed to answer you. In my case the answer is yes. Try it. You seem to be fairly lean in your picture. The cutting phase in his diet is great, but the bulking phase is nothing short of phenomenal. You and your friends will swear that you are "on something", I can pretty much promise...

I hate carbs. Thank you Anabolic Diet.

I don't think Di Pasquale would agree. Both Dave and Dan still relied on extraneous drug administration. Mauro intended his diet to be an alternative. Besides vitamins and choice amino acids there is no chemical assistance here. It's something to bear in mind when undertaking the program.

I hate carbs. Thank you Anabolic Diet.

Negative Ghost Rider. You flat out don't know what you are talking about here. A high fat, High Protein, Low carb diet is simultaneously anabolic and anti-catabolic. Carbs build fat before they ever build muscle. That's why high carb dieters need such an extensive cutting phase (in which they...

I hate carbs. Thank you Anabolic Diet.

I have been there. Stay away from sugar bro. There is a reason Arnold once accused refined sugar as being evil. It makes you feel like trash. It's detrimental to your goals in more ways than one. Stick with complex carbs as best as you can. If you are cutting try to limit fat as much as...

The only people worse than democrats

Actually, they really are. The assumption of most untrained individuals is that the human memory is like a Polaroid picture when in reality it's closer to a Van Gogh painting. Juries in general like to think inconsistencies are a sign of untruthfulness when in reality the lack of inconsistency...

The only people worse than democrats

Do you honestly expect many people to distinguish evidence from data? The current US legal system would be screwed if lawyers weren't allowed to pass one off as another and jurors were able to tell the difference.

This is hilarious stuff. It's like watching these guys argue over who is wearing a better shirt.

    Uni-liver... Price hike?!

You're probably right. Other retailers seem to have raised their price as well, aside from one big company that has it for 10.99 as usual.

    Say NO to Powerfull pre-bed?

The difference between powerful and exogenous human growth hormone administration via injection is that users generally realize and accept that at some point in time their body is going to quit producing GH internally once it figures out that it doesn't have to because it is being administered...

I hope you're excited about paying more taxes!

All of it. It's more debate on the subject.

    Say NO to Powerfull pre-bed?

My line of thinking would be that if you take powerfull during periods that you don't normally produce GH (i.e. besides workout and sleep) you run the risk of disrupting your naturally occurring release patterns and thus the times such as sleep when your body would be used to normally producing...

    Benadryl (diphenhydramine) aids recovery?

Its a deliriant in high doses, like nutmeg. It's not a "fun" high, more like a "psychotic break" high. You spend the time hoping and praying your brain returns to normal. Most people that experiment with deliriants don't do it again for this reason, and find the experience very unpleasant.

Letter from 2012 in Obama's America

We discuss them because they influence our children and our culture through immigration and the beauty of myspace, facebook, and various message boards and chatrooms. In todays society they spend more time shaping the ideas and thoughts of our youth on average then parents do. Those kids grow...

Letter from 2012 in Obama's America

Now there's where you touch on a good point. Alot of the distinctions you are making are coming from a heterosexual male residing in the US. In other countries people are rolling quite differently. So when you think about what is the "norm" in certain situations, are you thinking globally, or...

Letter from 2012 in Obama's America

No misunderstanding at all. Your argument of "if they don't want to, they don't have to" can be made for enlistment as well. Don't want to deal with it, don't enlist. Can't hang, get dishonorably discharged. Fact is, people choose management as a profession same as they choose a life of military...

Letter from 2012 in Obama's America

Obviously you've never been in corporate management. One will get passed over for many upper level jobs if they are not willing to relocate. Travel is mandatory the larger your corporation and the higher you are up the chain. Unless you are the CEO, you have a boss, they tell you what to do...

IMO bringing your respective company rep statuses into play in this kind of thread is not cool. USPlabs and Applied Nutriceuticals have nothing to do with this.

Letter from 2012 in Obama's America

It's not just the service. You get beat over the head with the same stuff in corporate management. I have yet to hear a widespread outcry for different sexes and sexual preferences to work separately, since now most folks in upper management are accustomed to diversity. Ultimately the...
