    Hahaha.. I have been thinking about doing a power building program in my off-season. I am just not having fun lifting. Stopped deadlifts and BB squats and moved into rack pulls and smith squats with 15-20 rep range. I need to lift heavy to feel good about lifting.

    Looks like prep is going to get extended till March. State competition has been moved to March 2nd week. This is just getting ridiculous now. This bodybuilding association guys don’t give a damn about the competitors. It was supposed to happen on Feb 20th.

    Did that yesterday.. but, coffee has never helped me curb hunger. I just have to stick it out.. Just less than a month to go. After that I am going on a nice break for a month.

    Yup. That’s what I am doing. I have no variety in diet. It’s all the way chicken and veggies with 2 rice meals which is like 60gms of carbs. That’s all. I am in a good head space now. Just sucking up the hunger and focused on the show.

    I slacked a bit till yesterday. From today, I am back on diet with no deviation. Just sipping on aminos while I am hungry. Eye on the prize for sure. Thanks Rocket!

    Gave this to a friend of mine and he complained about indigestion after taking the pills. This is the second person who has told me about Androgin and indigestion. Anyone else experienced this issue?

    I just restricted cardio to 1 hour because I don't want to over exert my body when I am trying to just relax a bit. Today, I took a complete off day. I am not restricting my calories. I am eating and also going about 15% off my diet to just feel mentally better. I'll be doing pomegranate juice...
