I have been using PreKaged for a bit. Thinking of just switching to coffee. I work out first thing in the morning so that would probably work just as well. Not sure if I wanna keep using a Pre when I’m 40+.
As I get closer to 40, I need to be smart about my preworkout/stimulant/caffeine use. As a result I’ve become more interested in health/hormone optimization. Looking forward to Optimize-T quite a bit!
When TheSolution says there is Quake BOGO I pick some up. Grabbed two 40 scoops Lemon Drop, and two 20 scoop caffeine free Lemon Drop. Got more on the way! Love this stuff!
