  1. Gyms Closed

Looks like my gym is closed for the next 30 days. I do have a set of Kettlebells, though. Any Kettle bell users here? What are some decent training exercises (besides swings), that you guys are using? Essentially, trying to mix it up to avoid boredom (currently quarantined).
  2. Themal Spark - Imperial Nutrition

I got the idea from someone else who had used it precardio. I don't use it like that all the time. Maybe 3 days a week.
  3. Themal Spark - Imperial Nutrition

I haven't experienced any sides or addiction. I can go days without using either the pre or thermal spark. It comes down to the individual.
  4. Andro's with statins or RYR (Red Yeast)

Thanks guys. I found a good source for RYR that has high content monacolin K. Had it tested. That said, also have Crestor. I was just curious, what if any effect, statins have on cycles, i.e. less effective etc.
  5. Andro's with statins or RYR (Red Yeast)

Bumping this. Currently using statins and looking to run a cycle fairly soon.
  6. Themal Spark - Imperial Nutrition

At 2 caps, the focus is incredible. I use it precardio. Excelsior is slightly stronger, but not by much. I use both.
  7. Andro's with statins or RYR (Red Yeast)

Also, apologize for the duplicate posts. I was having an issue with an app.
  8. Andro's with statins or RYR (Red Yeast)

Hey guys, have a few cycles under my belt with andros/sarms. Panels taken each time post cycle, and experienced significant jumps in both cholesterol and liver scores. Tudca brought the liver scores back down. I'm wondering if anyone who has naturally high cholesterol levels, was able to keep...
  9. Themal Spark - Imperial Nutrition

I have and use both excelsior and Thermal Spark. I take two caps of thermal spark precardio and it's fantastic. Focus is incredible, you work up a sweat quickly (which I love because I'm like Prius. It takes me 3 days and the lord's prayer to get warmed up). You guys will love it. Regarding...
  10. Themal Spark - Imperial Nutrition

I have both excelsior and Thermal Spark coming in by Thursday. I'll follow up this weekend.
  11. *FREE* (ATERALL ER): Loggers need NOW!

I'm a preworkout fanatic. Use several of the more hard core brands with exotic stim. Would love a shot at this.
  12. Unanswered Cardiovascular support while on AAS

I have no clue regarding that situation. I researched it extensively before deciding to pull the trigger. I already had BP meds on hand. I jumped in quite a few heart forums and asked questions. People were posting their numbers after taking it. I couldn't believe the numbers myself. But it was...
  13. Unanswered Cardiovascular support while on AAS

Lol. No. Just a guy who tried something that works very well.
  14. Unanswered Cardiovascular support while on AAS

I got mine for around 25. I take one every other night now, so it's very cost effective. You may find that you don't need to take it every night. It's that strong.
  15. Unanswered Cardiovascular support while on AAS

100 times better because the effects last longer. My BP was 150's/high 80's, low 90's. I had a prescription for bp meds, but decided to look into carditone instead, after reading a lot of great reviews. My bp dropped to 124/70's within two days. Now I take one cap every other night, I'm around...
  16. Unanswered Cardiovascular support while on AAS

Controlled labs new beat product. Carditone is hands down the best supplement for lowering BP. I use a lot of the higher orac antioxidants from bulk supps as well. Great for arterial health.
  17. Unanswered My blood pressure is considered “prehypertension” I’m 30 years old on TRT. Worried, what do I do?

Carditone works amazingly well. I take one cap every other night now. One cap is strong and may drop you too low, if taken every night. Sometimes a half a cap (pill cutter) works instead of skipping nights.
  18. Unanswered What are the best pre-workouts available atm?

It's a great preworkout. I alternate between Assassin and Chaos. Great focus and energy with Chaos, and it tapers off nicely due the L-Theanine. Assassin is my favorite, simply because I workout fasted and energy/focus pretty much last all day.
  19. Unanswered My blood pressure is considered “prehypertension” I’m 30 years old on TRT. Worried, what do I do?

A handful of ingredients, but the heavy lifter is the Rauwolfia serpentine. It's strong and it works fast.
  20. Unanswered My blood pressure is considered “prehypertension” I’m 30 years old on TRT. Worried, what do I do?

Carditone worked better than my actual prescription. I researched everything about it, before to decided to ditch the pharma route for something more natural. Google it and see for yourself. It literally put me within normal range in two days. I also utilize bulk blueberry powder daily, which is...
