    Of course you can. But I use them for “easy calories”. I can make a 700 calorie shake and down it very easily compared to eating a clean 700 calories.

    Although I love the idea of longer runs with natty ingredients (8+ weeks) and/or bridging, I wouldn’t recommend this set up (personally). Like with most natty supps, it’s best to take them for 8 weeks.
