    Tractor supply. Go get horse stall mats. Mine is plywood, with a stall mat cut in half and screwed into each end of the plywood. Then medium density fiber board in between. Then you can paint that or do whatever you want to with it. Or just work off stall mats. Don’t use anything with cushion tho

    Another option: 60 grams oats, 99 grams blue berries. Mix a thicker protein shake 4oz water 1 scoop protein, pour that on oats berries stir or shake real good, add some nuts for fat macros. Put in fridge over night, take it out sprinkle with cinnamon. Damn good
