Ok I have one last bottle of Epistane left. I want to run all 40 mg but I want to stretch it as far as I can. I workout 5 days/wk with 2 days off. What do you guys think of doing 40 mg on all 5 workout days and 0 mg on rest days? I'm still fairly new to this so I'd appreciate not being flamed...
My dermatologist prescribed me an anti-inflammatory topical corticosteroid for ingrown hairs on my scalp. The steroid is 0.1% and I was wondering if it could have any negative effect on my bodybuilding? I'm making great gains but seeing anti-inflammatory scares me and I'm fairly new to this.
