Could you be more specific? Best advice I can give you is to not stress about it. My doctor told me its more common than I would ever believe. A ton of men have this problem but are usually just too embarrassed to say anything about it or to have the problem fixed. If I were you I would find a surgeon or doctor that is easy to talk to. Never mention steroids or anything related to the subject if you want insurance to cover it. Having the surgery has probably been the best decision I have ever made.
