I couldn't believe arnie said that, especially as he's enjoyed American freedom, prosperity and all that US of A good good for decades. He's the epitome of the American dream, an immigrant mega success! I think it was a very poor choice of words and after listening to the whole clip it seems he was making a valid point but used the wrong language to get his point across. I personally am choosing a generous interpretation of what he said and giving him the benefit of doubt based on his character

You do not need a vaccine for a 'virus' with a 99.8887% survival rate, that is not a "pandemic". The death rates are the same in 2020 as they were in 2018 and 2019.
