I'm currently a high school student. I've been weight lifting since I was 15. Back then I was 240 lbs and feeling crappy. Since then I've gotten down to 170, 162 being my lowest weight at my height. I'm training for the United States Marine Corps. I report for Recruit Training on September 7th of this year. I do weight lifting and crossfit. If anyone has any advice for me, I'm completely open to it
