Mainly into running / rowing but trying to get some proper muscle definition as I've never really had any! Always been tall/thin and weight has never really fluctuated by much. That was until I discovered this site. Up 6kg in 3 months and body fat down, not much compared to others but for me it is a minor miracle. Thanks for all the great info!
