all the bottles had so many broken caps a ton of the powder was out....im sure he will contact his distibutor in the mean time. I didnt end up getting any...

i really wanted to try this...my local B+M store had 4 bottles. All 4 bottles had broken capsules. They had a batch of bottles the week before that were broken. Whats up with the capsules, I was really amped when i bought it....

Im a big fan of GUT health...it has not cured my stomach issues (probaly IBS)...but it has greatly reduced my after meal discomfort.......i still struggle at night but im hoping continous use for a while will provide some added benefit.

I would use 1.5 grams per day, if your running it purely for hepatoxicity reasons.

i like to make my presence spotty. makes for intrigue.
