On the bodyfat % anything i say would be a guess but i'm probably about 15-20lbs overweight.
i have been losing weight on this diet and i've been taking measurement to ensure i don't lose any size.
i don't feel hungry but sometimes near the end of my workout i'll feel like I'm "out of gas".
Yes i'm eating the entire hard boiled egg and yeah you're right about the vegetables.
I've tried higher calorie diets and my body just didn't seem to respond.
i put on size fairly easy but some of that is fluff also.
i'll try adding some more calories and variety to my diet and throw...
