Where are you getting your LJ100 from?

You can do the same rollout on an exercise ball. Put the ball out in front of you with your arms bent and hands pressed together. Center your hands on the top of the ball with your knees about one foot behind the ball. Now just roll out. I tried 3 sets of 50 and felt it 3 days later.

Yes, I've done it and so have others. I'm currently running DTHC and Sunami at 2 DTHC/ 1 Sunami in the morning and then 1 DTHC/ 1 Sunami noon and again around 6pm. I like it.

I am a hude fan of DTHC/Sunami. With that being said, can someone answer this question? How much Test is produced/released etc... from this combination? I don't need exact numbers but I'm just curious how this measures up against injecting Test since I've never gone that route. Is it...
