    Went and saw neurologist today. It’s a radial nerve palsey below the elbow. EMG shows the pathway is there but, some separation in communication. Doc thinks it should fully restore

    I eat my first meal at about noon ( first hunk of calories). I workout at about 7pm. I will have a shake and a apple or banana before workout and another shake after working out. Then within an hour or two I will have my second "meal" ( the other hunk of my calories). Been following this...

    I'm lov'in I.F. I'm kinda being able to almost eat what I want and still burning fat slowly while still slowly building muscle. I've gotten my body accustomed to eating twice a day, I train in the evening so I also have my shakes pre and post workout.

    I never tried the original formula, but this is one of the weaker stims in the market. I take one and half caps in the morning and another half early afternoon. still not very strong effects. as far as how it has aided in fat loss, the jury is still out.
