I'm one of those guys that got tired of being picked on and getting my ass kicked for being fat. I spent a good 8 years being 60 lbs overweight and had extremely low self-esteem and hated life. I spent three years starting at 16, learning through trial and error, teaching myself along the way. I fell in love with working out and once I lost the weight and changed my physique I have never looked back.
My biggest joy from having changed my life is being able to inspire my friends and those around me that also want to make changes, and to let them know with hard work and dedication it's possible.
