    25 years , slow metabolism. Current morning routine: 06.30 wake up 07.00 termogenics 07.30 BCAA (5gr) + HIIT session 08.00 - Whey + 5gr glutamin The question is: next meal at 09.00am: Protein + Fat or Protein + Carbs (Low GI - oats)
  2. HIIT session and sleep

    Hi all, i was wondering will a HIIT session (stationary bicycle ) lately in the evening 23.00 will interfere with sleep. Feel very tired when doing it in the morning, and i'm not concentrated at work, so i was thinking of moving it it the evening.

    So far i can't say that i feel in any way ALCAR.However ALA makes me feel bad (exhausted).Thinking of lowering it to 1.2-1.5gr.

    Lol. huge threat, just finished it.However didn't find what was looking for. So i have some questions: 1. ALCAR dosage on empty stomach or not ? Before meal or after ? 2. ALCAR with ALA or not ? 3.Have only 2 carb meals, should i take ALA with P+F meals ?
