I started working out doing bodyweight exercises like pushups, six inches, pull-ups and such and I then began reading and educating myself. I spent hours and hours on the computer for months @ a time before I actually began working out. Through many months of trial and error, I learned even more and have progressed greatly. 95% of the jobs I've had have been nutrition/supplement related so my fondness for the area just grew more and more as time passed.
After seeing results and seeing how drastic of a change my body was going through, physically, emotionally and spiritually, I began seeing the training as a great way to maintain my well being (not to mention my sanity). It's refreshing to be fit. I see the body as a vehicle and I agree with what they say about cars: "If you're good to your car, your car will be good to you!"
I love training cause it's a great way for me to release tension and stress. The benefits of training are endless, not to mention it keeps me productive.
