I am a Retired Army Sergeant First Class of 21 yrs. I enjoy riding my Harley and powerlifting with my son. I have been doing this weightlifting thing for 25 yrs and I enjoy receiving tips about supplements and workouts from the younger generation. The younger generation, that what keeps me going.
