I train heavy, not supper heavy, but enough to control the weight and do 6-12 reps. Combine with Cardio 3-4 days a week and evening...
Havoc made my joints feel dry. The gains were crap. I felt lethargic and just miserable. It was long ago, but I remember saying never again. Is M1T nasty? It can be. Everyone is different. I have run M1T several ways...the worst way is alone! Stack it right and it's good.
So PA, What's the difference? I'm not sure as I can't find label facts on Ur Spray. You've always been kind to me and answered all my questions over the years (back when I bought 1-AD if that dates it).
If anybody has anything to add I am all ears as I am interested...
