Did not do so good last week. Life got in the way of my progress and I am up 2lbs. (247lbs.) from last week. Diet and training was all to hell!!! I am back on track this week.

Weighed in this morning before brealfast at 246lbs. down another two pounds this week. I have noticed that last weeks bi/tri workouts did not make me sore the next day. I have followed the workout with the ratios and all perfect. Dp I ned to be doing something different? Also, please advise...

I seem to be getting used to the bagels!!! Is the broccolli for fiber? Also, can I substitute a grilled 99% fat free chicken breast for every time...
So please tell me how you do your cottage cheese with the jello? Do you just make jello to eat with it or do you mix cottage cheese in with your jello?
