    I used mass xxx for a while, its great, just dont over-use it. And if your not an ectomorph, be EXTREMELY careful. Im an ectormorph so i can pretty much eat a tub of that stuff a day and it wont hurt me. Watch your gut, you see it start gettin a pudge, back off it.

    I definitely use anger. If someone pisses me off during the day, i bottle it up and let the rage build, and when i hit the gym, i touch back on it, and use it... works pretty good for me, cause im a pretty moody person.

    Bro, i had this same problem, and ill tell you right now, i had like 10 different doctors look at my leg, and i did over a year and a half of physical therapy. The only thing that helped was just dealing with the pain momentarily, and a knee brace to keep your joint from offsetting. It sucks...

    I personally sprint hills as well, gives you more of a challenge. Slowly work your way up to bigger inclines.

    Nope, all you can do is cut as a whole, and cross your fingers that your bad spots go away. Most people really only have problems with their stomach/love handles. Where you gettin it?

    I just got done recovering from an injury, and got cleared to get back into the gym... thank god! When i got on to resupply on my prohormones for my cycle in a few months, i saw that most the good ones got discontinued. Every PH ive used was methyl based, what are some other PH's that you guys...
