How much of a break is necessary? Also, how did you derive the 8 week cycle?

HRT is continuous. I'm exploring alternatives to hormones. My doctor will be monitoring me. I'd like to give him whatever information I can. I promise to post the results.
 
Let's see how the testers' bloodwork comes back to determine if it is a viable HRT replacement. I would hate to have you switch to something that may screw up your homeostasis.

Don't worry about me. I'm under doctor supervision and will provide lab work every 12 weeks. You'll have your long-term study.

I've been off of Testosterone and HCG for awhile, but have been taking Arimidex and will probably continue for the next 12weeks. You will be able to see my labs before and after taking your supplement. The next 12 weeks I may reduce or completely eliminate the AI depending on results. I will publish those labs as well.

Hopefully my results will help others on HRT who wish to use your product in conjuction or as an alternative.
 
Custom, a stack question on this. Are there any counter-indications to taking this with the bulk PowerFULL that nutraplanet sells?

Also dosage wise, it reads 1 tab 3-4x daily, but adds don't exceed 6 daily. What is optimum dose for a 39 year old male who is at the very bottom end of normal, maybe a hair below ( and had a doctor raise the possibility of prescription testosterone boosting if i experienced any of the symptoms associated with low testosterone, which i dont) who is looking to grow + maintain lean mass while loosing bodyfat.

In the published study, Fadogia has a diminishing rate of return on dosing, meaning a higher dose did not equate to higher test elevation.

I would start with 1 extra cap before bed time for 4 daily and see how you do with that.
 
Cool, I ordered 2 bottles with 2 day shipping, and they shipped already :) so I should have them friday, and a 45 day supply @ 4 a day, or 60 @ 3. I think i'll just start with 3, see how it goes. I plan for this cycle of supplements to end sometime in the first couple weeks of august, and afterwards go at least a month, maybe 2 with nothing but multivitamins.Thats right between 45&60 days from now, so if I shoot for the 60 days worth at first, i'm probably better off.
 
Ok, the T-Force arrived :) so heres a question. I have about half a bottle of T-Bomb II

left. Given that it gets its effects from saponins too and has ZMA, should I discontinue it and switch to T-force? do a mixed dose of half of each? finish that bottle then go to t-force? Any suggestions?

You can probably finish it off before you start the T-Force.

I started T- Force this evening and will be taking 3 - 4 per day. While on HCG therapy my total T was 1407 and free was 429. I was tested June 12th after being off for a month and my total was 464 and free 106.3. I will draw again within the next six to twelve weeks and post the results. Wish me luck.

I've heard that saliva tests aren't very good. My results have always differed from the blood - usally to the high side. Dr. John Chisler, who hosts the anti-aging forum thinks saliva tests are worthless. The doctor who was treating me, and my GP both agree with him.

I’ve been taking three T-Force caps per day for about a month now and feel pretty good. My strength is up and libido is good. I will be drawing blood in a few weeks and have the feeling my test levels are up. I will post the results.
