Tough call, some ppl respond good to it and some ppl notice nothing. If your bodyfat is fairly low, like visible abs or leaner, You should have a sick pump in the gym a few hours after taking it.

Are you on a steroid cycle? Because if your not then I would not expect anything other then better pumps in the gym from igf lr3.

If I were you, I'd be pinning it post workout into the muscles you just finished training

My coach wants me to do it after my show during rebound. From his POV and experience with his clients and himself 1) if it’s not pharma it’s dogshit and most likely random peptides.
If it’s pharma it’s apparently awesome at bringing lagging body parts but some people react better than others.

EXACTLY what I was going to add. He wants me to do it post workout before my post workout meal in the lagging body part or I guess as you said the body part you trained.

I've got some in my drawer that's all going into my quads lol.

I've been told 2 possible different ways to go about it.

1. The way mentioned above
2. Taking lr3 daily in the morning sub q and then use Des post workout in the muscles trained right before the post workout meal

Well I began my cycle last week.

Test P: 300mg/week (just for 2 weeks until the Test E kicks in)
Test E: 500mg/week
Tren A: 300mg/ week (just for 2 weeks until the Tren E kicks in)
Tren E: 500mg/week
EQ: 500mg/week
Weeks 1-4 20mg superdrol
Weeks 12-16 Anavar 50mg

I don't see any point in taking it split doses if you're going Sub-Q. The whole point of post workout use is to pin it bilaterally Into the muscles trained. If you want it all going systemic just pin 40 sub q all day once.

Your not getting any added benefit from that post workout sub q shot that I know of

No split doses and I’m pretty sure you don’t wanna go lower than 50mcg.
The dose is a where it gets tricky.

Here on the forum, guys say 60mcg tops and we often hear ppl complaining it's not working.

Outside the forum I have ppl telling me 50 is minimum and guys are taking up to 500mcg post workout in the laging body parts. The guys who swear by the high doses are also the guys that love the stuff so it's not hard for me to see that the lower doses on the forum are the reason guys think that the stuff don't work

Okay, so correct me if I’m wrong. But because I want it systemic. I don’t need to split the doses?

How much would you recommend?
50mcg is a solid safe dosage. Remember igf1 lr3 comes with certain risk because if you have cancerous cells that are "sleeping" or anything malicious it’s going to trigger it and make it grow. I personally will probably use 100mcg but I don’t recommend it as it comes with higher risk.

Correct.. all my friends used 100 minimum or over it. But as I explained above it comes with great risk sadly.

Yeah, I’ve read through the risk of benign tumors growing.

This is a big boy cycle, pls post results and if you can it would be fun to see before and after pictures, good luck.
Well I didn’t take before pictures (I’ve already started the cycle. But I can upload after pictures (I know they won’t be accurate relatively speaking). Or I can take pics from 2 weeks in (which is now)?

But I’m 5’10, 190lbs, 15-17% BF (done via bioelectrical impedance scale).

Hahaha well a lot of them I take on a regular basis!

Any got any good ideas for a PCT?

I’m thinking clomid, HCG and natty test boosters?
Back when I did PCT, I liked HCG the last 2-4 weeks at the end of the cycle, and Clomid in PCT, with like maybe some SNS Reduce XT for Cortisol, and maybe Mtest or another good Test booster. Those were always the smoothest and best PCTs.

This☝ maybe some Nolvadex if needed 30/30/20/20

Funny that I use reduce xt and MTest in between cycles!

Okay I know we settled the debate with the igf-1.

But I just remembered I came across my results from my Genesight Phamology test results that I had done a few years ago. (I have severe treatment resistant depression, yes I know playing with Tren is playing with my mental health but I actually feel amazing on Tren).

Anyways I have an ultra-rapid metabolism for most medications due to hyperactive liver enzymes.

Ergo should I go back to splitting the igf dose and splitting the orals dose?

I would say since the half life is I believe like 20 to 30 hrs, even if you cut that in half with a super fast metabolism (like 10 to 15 hrs), I’m not sure you would see a significant benefit splitting the dose. I would stick with once post workout, because your starting with the lower dose.

Understood. Thanks man!! I appreciate it.

2.5 weeks into the cycle and I tore my hamstring. Do I kill the cycle? Or just do an “upper body cycle”?

How bad is it and what did the Dr say? Idk, I might continue the cycle in hopes it would heal it faster, maybe lower your doses but it all depends on how bad the injury is.

Haven’t seen the doc yet, literally just happened. My dads a doctor so going over to his house, to have him take a look at it tonight.

I felt a pop and then the insertion of the biceps femoris longus balled up into a knot.

The irrational, addicted and stubborn part of me would absolutely be "no way im ditching training even if its only upper body for awhile!"

Whether that woukd be the best attitude for my recovery or not is another thing lol

If it's really torn, at only 2 weeks in I would drop everything but testosterone, stay on like 150-200mg of test and train whatever I can light and safely until my hamstring was recovered and then I would add the rest of the stuff back in and start the cycle like it was day 1, that would be how I would handle it if it was me

In the past 3 years I e started like 8 cycles and only finished 3 or 4 because of Injuries.

I've pulled the plug many times and while I haven't made miraculous gains over the past 3 years I've definitely made solid progress year to year, especially the past year and I spent the majority of the past year on trt with 1 actual cycle and it was only 300 test 300mast and some scattered sarm use. Oh I also did like 5 weeks on 1-test cyp or something like that, whatever that stuff Amino asylum used to sell was lol. Can someone remind me what it's called I got a brain fart

Maybe the IGF would speed up the healing if you injected in the injured area?

I have no idea, just thinking loud, what do you guys think?

Also, I would take the Tren out and replace that with Deca, Tren can weaken tendons if I’m not mistaken so I don’t think that would be beneficial for healing.

I’ve never heard of anyone using it that way, but I understand what your saying. Probably is better to maybe get some BPC 157 to assist in healing and, like Smont said, just take the Testosterone at TRT doses until healed. That way you can take full advantage of the cycle when ready.

Okay so the doctor said: “on the old muscle test grading system it’s a 2.”

“On the new muscle test grading system its a 3b: (moderate partial tear- tear with increased maximum diameter- retraction and hematoma).”

Highly recommend BPC 157, it should help tremendously with healing. What’s the Doctor’s plan?

Can you or someone else PM me a source for BPC-157?

Going to start physical therapy on Monday.

In the meantime maintain all upper body workouts as long as it doesn’t hurt my hamstring. Then apply heat before light active recovery with foam rolling, slow active stretching, and then ice it. As many times a day as I can tolerate without pain and without aggravating the injury more.

No weights or static stretching of the legs. Cardio if tolerated.
