Update: I found a treadmill at my gym that goes up to 30% incline. 30% incline I was only able to do 2.5mph for 30min. You could say it kicked my a**!

Prior to this I was able to get up to 3.7mph on a 15% incline.

That is the only dose of Y I will do as well. I am very sensitive to it, but it does really help even at the little dose. Synephrine is great for appetite control, as is ephedrine. You can get ephedrine otc at the pharmacy in a lot of states. I prefer Bronkaid and just split the tabs. Makes a ton of servings.

Clen you have to get as a research chem or from a UGL, and it is harsh and not what I would call safe exactly. I encourage you to read studies and make your own educated decisions. Albuterol is a similar milder shorter half-life option too, if you can get it. That is sold as a prescription med in the US.
Thanks for the information man!

I’m in for any future recommendations. Wasnt SR9009 supposed to help with endurance or am I thinking of something else?

Gotta pin oil several times a day. It’s not bioavailable orally at all, and it has a rather short half life.

Do they have any human studies on this?
Beast Fitness Radio has a good episode discussing the fat loss his clients saw with it. I haven’t seen human clinical stuff. Mr Kleen said it gave him a lot of energy when he would pin it. I think he stopped after a couple weeks due to PIP, but that could have just been that batch from Pure Oils or wherever he tried it back in the day.

MA Research has an oil-based product for research.

Is this one of the ones that needs to be pinned multiple times a day?

Nevermind. I missed Hyde’s post before

Yes, IM oil injections 3-4 times daily to see decent results.
Seems like it’s not worth the effort. I’ll stick with oral Cardirine.
I meant to mention that that is for optimal fat loss. Kikel had clients he felt were getting some fatloss benefit only pinning twice a day.

For an endurance boost, on topic, it sounds like it may help acutely. As in, just pre-cardio. I have no experience with this stuff but I wanted to contribute whatever may help and make sure folks don’t waste cash on oral administration.

I do believe the SR 9009 has benefits beside endurance boosting as well. Fat burning and biggest for me cholesterol and triglyceride lowering

There is also sr 9011 now which has the same half life but much improved bioavailability. So taking 4 caps throughout the day all of a sudden is worth it.
If I could find the raws I would make a td version even though the molar mass is close to the limit of the dalton rule I think it would be worth a try

Do you have any studies or anything you have found you could share that make you believe that? I would love to see something reasonably convincing because then I would try it.

I just ordered injectable 9011. I thought the half life was supposed to be a bit longer

Creatinol-O-phosphate is one of those things that sounds good in theory, but I never noticed any benefits from it. It probably just converts into creatine. There's also no studies on it beyond helping the heart.

Having said that, Hi-Tech makes a pretty interesting preworkout formula with Creatinol-O-phosphate and a bunch of amino acids bound to ethyl esters. It also has DMHA so it gives you a really good boost.

I’ll have to check it out! Yes, I weight lift as well as do cardio. Right now I am trying to cut. Hence, why I am asking about aerobic endurance boosters. So far what I’ve taken has had amazing results.

I went from walking on the treadmill/15% incline/2.8mph/30min.

To now walking in the treadmill/15% incline/3.7mph/30min.

Or the other day I tried out a new treadmill. Walking/30% incline/2.5mph/45min. This one kicked my a**!

What do you think about injecting 1x/day pre-cardio/pre-workout. Would that enhance weight loss or increase endurance?

9011 or 9009? I think 9009 would, but 9011 has the longer half life, so would be less effective for this strategy.

To be honest I didn’t take the time to look. Just went for a quick Google search.
I digress and apologize for not looking this up before making my reply above.

It appears they both have a half life of four hours, so should work equally well? I'll keep looking into it.

I mean obviously it has to on some level. Taking caffeine precardio/preWO increases energy expenditure and therefore fatloss if in a deficit already, right? But you don’t see folks just buying a tub of C4 and automatically getting peeled to the bone, so to what degree it will aid is the golden question I’d love answered as well.

It looks like the only difference is the bioavailability. With SR9011 you can dose about half as much and get the same results. Either one will work for your purposes quite well. Blood serum levels will be highest roughly fifteen minutes after pinning, but I'd personally experiment a little with the timing and see what works best.

Which is more bioavailable? Or would you have to inject both?

Also, are we talking subQ or IM injections?

Yeah I would love to see a study or just a log with anecdotal evidence pertaining to both compounds.

You are all good! No worries man.

So which would you recommend?
I'm not sure. There isn't a ton of info out there, as these are both quite new to the scene.

From what I've gathered:

SR9011 is about twice as strong as SR9009. The same dosage is said to last twice as long with SR9011, which seems silly to me, as they have the same half life. This is why I assumed it had a longer half life. However, you can dose half as much SR9011 and get the same effect. So, if they are equally priced, it seems a no brainer to me.

I just grabbed some 9011 in oil. I’ll be dosing it before I leave for work and I work out on lunch approximately 4 hours later. Then once again when I get home. Not optimal but that’s the only way I can do it without pinning at work which I absolutely cannot do. The cost was about $5 more than the 9009 btw

Shame you can't sneak away to pin on your lunch break before your workout! Still, looking forward to your results.

S23 with cardarine.
S23 is serious, requires PCT, but I have found it increases workload capacity. I plan to compare it to SR next year.

TRT is great. No pct needed lol
I wouldn't know :) but assume I will in the not-too-distant future. I put the S23/GW recommendation out there because it had not been mentioned yet in this thread and to see if anyone tried that combo. I need an hour of hard sparring to truly analyze it on my end, but based on regular workout/cardio capacity, I have noticed an improvement with this combo.

I wouldn’t be against trying it. I just received an email that the 9011 I ordered is somehow out of stock after I ordered it

If you can do an hour of hard sparring (depending on sport) no cardio supplement will ever be needed. Actually, you should be teaching ppl how to do cardio from now on.

Haha. No kidding.
To be clear, the point I was making is it takes multiple 3-5 minute rounds with 1 minute breaks to see how far I get before hitting the wall, then how I am able to manage the rounds after that. For example, by round 3 I am normally focused on conserving energy for upcoming rounds. "Hard sparring" was to signify the intensity of the training. The number of rounds I am effective will be the judge. :) Entirely subjective because it depends on the training partners intensity and cardio too.

Ok, from my experience the only thing that helps is to spar more often, although it is some stuff that will help at the moment but you can’t be on cycle forever. I’m guessing it’s grappling you’re doing and I’m not sure of your level but relaxing and technique will get you further than any gear will, it’ll help but not as much as you want it to work, a good stimulant will help more (I feel). Saying that I now some high level grapplers that use low dose test with some orals but what will help you the most is to do it more often.

Have you thought about putting the treadmill on full incline and walking about 3.7mph?

I don’t spar or do MMA so I can’t relate your cardio tolerance between sparring and cardio.

Very true regarding the sparring and no, this is striking, so "hard" sparring is not daily.
I only mentioned the use of S23 because it was a recent add-on for a short period and NOT for the purpose of improving cardio. I was not expecting to see an improvement from it (aerobically) but I have noticed an improvement. Again, inconclusive, can't fully evaluate until outliers are accounted for and continued improvements are noted over multiple sessions. It could be placebo, could be the way it makes me feel.
GW I was expecting (and did) experience a measured improvement in cardio performance.

Yes, but in a different way. I am in my 40s and find that running, or even inclined walking on a treadmill, takes longer recovery between sessions (joint pain). I opt for an exercise bike. I can do this 5 days/week, in a HIIT fashion, with no issues. This has helped.
