Besides taking Cardirine are there any anabolics/SARMS/supplements that increase endurance?

Clenbuterol, Cardarine + AICAR (AMPK simulator/activator), Anadrol, and Trenbolone.
Clen was really destroying endurance for me. I was loosing quite a lot of fat on clen an t3, but the elevated heart rate destroyed me

On cycle, yes. Post cycle, endurance is greatly increased. Same for Clen, I believe.

Cardarine/Berberine would be my recommendation. 15-20mg Cardarine and 1,500mg Bernerine.
How does Bereberine increase endurance?

AICAR is a good recommendation thank-you!
I’m taking other orals and not on trenbolone due to the sleeep side effects.

Berberine is much cheaper than AICAR. By a long shot! Not as effective though and the actual dosage required is ridiculously high! I believe at 1,500mg it does have some effect though and compliments the Cardarine well.

.
And I think I’ve read ursolic acid has poor bioavailability? So transdermal would be better?

Great! ThNk you for the recommendation. I usually take beriberine before high carb meals and before bed. Is their an optimal time to talk it to increase endurance?
Take 500mg before food 3x daily.

Try to space them evenly so blood serum levels are stable.

L-Theanine lets me run more more stims like ephedrine while keeping heart rate down lower than without it. Won’t compete without it now.

epicatechin is one of the more well-documented natural supplements that is shown to improve endurance.

CEL Epi-plex is one of the simplest (just -epi) and most cost effective on the market and would be my recommendation

I’ve never had this problem with Berberine.
If you don’t, go for it. The runs aren’t fatal anyway. But it’s very common for folks to not tolerate Berberine well at clinical dosing, at least initially. Many study participants had to drop back from 700-750mg to 350-375mg to alleviate GI distress, something like 1/3rd of people (the study comparing it to Metformin for blood sugar).

I had a hard time initially at even 500 daily, but have been able to work up over time. Now I have no issues with 800mg daily. But if I had tried 1,500 having not used it I would have been wrecked!

SNS PeakO2
This would be a good option. This plus COP (another potential endurance booster) are on combo sale at DPS right now.

I’ve never had this problem with Berberine.
There are some potential gut health benefits to Berberine. For those with the issue splitting the dose and building up can help. I don't feel people need 1.5g in most cases. Berberine is one of those ingredients you probably can get away with taking only as much as you need (in the usual areas it benefits like blood glucose control and cholesterol). I wouldn't take it for assumed endurance benefits. It may help with mito biosynthesis, but there would be many better options for that exact goal IMO.

Some ingredients I like for endurance:

-PeakO2: Already mentioned, but this improves "endurance" pretty well and has some studies to back it.

-Beta Alanine: Beneficial in the sense of greater work capacity and muscular endurance.

-Sodium Bicarbonate: Watch the dose, too much can wreck your stomach and not "endurance" in the cardiovascular sense, but reliably increases ability to push through reps. Possibly beneficial for ketone production as well (beneficial for those in ketosis or fasted?).

-Nitrates: Boost NO, lower BP, and benefits exercise performance primarily in repeated bouts of "anaerobic" activity.

-Citrulline: Boost NO, power output, and "anaerobic" and "aerobic" improvements.

Generally things that help with increased blood flow can help with "endurance". It is a pretty broad term and this isn't an exhaustive list at all (and depending on what type of endurance benefits you are after certain things may fit the bill more than others).

ND Cordyceps 10% extract is the absolute best endurance found in a supplement. Peak02 at 4 grams would be next and then BLR Follidrone.

I’ve taken 1,500mg with some Chaos and pain predator and some extra chromium without any GI issues.

Yeah I believe my preworkout is dosed pretty well with increased blood flow supplements.

What is COP?

I’m going to look into Peak O2.

Thank-you for your suggestions!

Peak o2, KSM-66, acetyl l carnitine. Take all 3 daily
Really ashwaghanda enhances aerobic endurance? I already take some for it’s other benefits but might start to dose it preworkout.

Do you know the mechanism in which cordyceps works to enhance aerobic endurance?

Do any of the above suggestions match cardarine in their effectiveness?

For example I either ride my bike on a stand and can go up an extra gear on cardarine. Or I walk on a treadmill at full incline for 45min without cardarime I can walk at 2.8 mph; with cardarine I can go 3.1mph for 45min.

I'm currently cutting and cruising Test E with:

HGH
HCG
Cardarine
Berberine
Theanine
Beta Alanine
Sodium bicarbonate
Citrulline
Creatine

My balls are staying nice and plump and I have zero side effects. In fact, the only "side effects" I have are weight loss and endurance/strength gains. I believe I'm losing water and fat, but keeping most if not all of the muscle. Those last five are taken every day, all year long.

How much HCG are you on?

Currently very, very little! I'm not taking anything suppressive and my T dose is low. I'm doing a weekly injection of 200iu and have no shrinkage. There is some debate about whether HCG can help with fat burning, but it's pretty expensive to use at those doses to maybe see a benefit, imo.

I’m on 500mg test E a week and running 250mg x2/week HCG. Going to stay at this dose for another week and then cut back on the HCG.

When does your cycle end? If you are trying to keep your natural production up, 500iu per week is about right I think. Could maybe drop to 400iu and be fine.

COP is creatinol o phosphate(don't confuse with creatine), works via intracellular buffering.

Looking like another 5 weeks. I just started the HCG this week though. So I definitely agree that I can probably drop down the dosage.
