Okay to begin, it is notoriously known that the use of anabolic substances prior to the age of 21-25 is very dangerous. High school athletes who are trying to compete at a higher level are constantly pressured by using a PED to improve performance. Teenagers who make the decision to use anabolics are making an ignorant life-changing decision that will affect their hormonal development and endocrine system. Since adolescents' growth-plates are yet to fuse, changes in testosterone can cause the plates to close and detrimentally affect their development through puberty.

I am not a teenager, this is for public knowledge and to educate the many teenagers who are being tempted by these substances

Although, MK-667 is an orally active growth hormone secretagogue and is not a SARM. The drug works by enhancing new muscle cell growth by sending a signal to the pituitary gland, demanding the secretion of more growth hormone, and stimulating action of the endogenous hormone ghrelin. This increase in ghrelin causes a surge of GH and IGF-1, without affecting cortisol. In short, the drug can increase the level of growth hormone in the body without altering the normal functioning of other hormones such as testosterone. There are other benefits of the drug such as quicker recovery, deep sleep, and an extraordinary increase in appetite.
Getting to the main point... Since the drug does not alter the functioning of hormones such as testosterone, does this mean this would be the safest growth-enhancer for teenagers who are being tempted by the use of anabolic agents. Obviously, the safest option is TO NOT use any muscle-builders as an adolescent. Although, would a naive teenager really experience any harsh side effects from this drug? It seems as if the drug is 'to good to be true' because it does not affect the normal functioning of hormones. If it doesn't affect the development of your hormones and there are minimal risks, why wouldn't all high school athletes use it to up their game? What would the adolescent experience? What should they expect? Is it worth it for a 17 or 18 year old person in high school to use this substance?

I am personally pissed that i didnt have the knowledge of these compunds when i was like 14 and in a school basketball team. We all wanted to be like 6'10 tall.
Whether it would make me taller is questionable however it would be nice if i could have tried.

I am currently running mk677, been at it for 2 weeks with a break of 5 days (been in hospital) and what i can say is that sleep is improved, appetite is improved (at 15mg per day it is not really hunger, just improved appetite for hours following ingestion) and i am bloating up.

Definitely it is not a compound to put on a lot of muscle like aas.

but you being 17-18 i would advise against using any kind of anabolic compounds, even gh.

Also, i am not sure whether mk677 would improve young athlete's sports performance especially as young people already produce pretty much close to their maximum gh output.

new muscle cell growth from mk677 is a pipedream imho, it takes a large amount of gh to be ran for a long time for this to happen.

What is your reasoning for wanting to use mk677? Goals?

MK677 killed my libido, probably boosts prolactin and messes with/ suppresses natrural growth hormone production.
IMO better to stay away from for everyone till it has been researched extensively.

It kills libido because of inreased prolactin but it does NOT impair gh production. It is a secretagogue, it INCREASES gh production.

it does not mess with hpta.

that being said it killed my libido completely but i am not in a relationship so i dont care tbh.

It sheds fat nicely, it doesnt bloat me, i get amazing sleep, muslces are full even while away from the gym.

But it did gave me gyno flare up. Caber solved it but in the future instead of taking 20-25mg mk677 i will rather mix some gh with a lower dose of mk to avoid gyno issues.

Hmmm so I should get caber? What’s a good dose of caber for 7 weeks at a 20 mg a day MK dose?
Not everyone needs caber, not everyone experiences gyno issues on mk677, i am super sensitive to prolactin.

I would personally look into something milder for mk677 only...i am thinking p5p, research grade prami or supps like prolactrone, inhibit p.
Not sure, may start a thread about it.

If you are in a relationship and low libido worries you anecdotally a little bit of prami fixes it pretty fast.

Personally gyno is my only issue with mk677 and i have some caber but want to save it for next year cycle because of tren ace (and probably mk alongside). So right now i will be looking for something milder as i cant get my hands on pharma grade caber anymore.

nice lie bro, except it doesnt do that at all, neither does it lower your natural hgh production

I’m going to chime in and say if MK is good for youngins because it “doesn’t play a role on testosterone” then I believe YK-11 should be involved in this conversation. To my knowledge(I’ve literally only read one article so I’m not sure) YK-11 is just a myostatin inhibitor which would not play a role on testosterone, but allow more muscular growth then normal at that age. Like I said, I did not do much research on it, I try to avoid sarms until they are more researched. But if YK does not mess with T levels I see no reason not to involve it in this topic. Also, my take on MK is that if GH And IGF-1 levels peak when you are below age 12 and a 12 year old body can handle it, there is no reason why a 19 year old body can’t handle it. I would say it’s arguably safe ( but then again I’ve only read the good, and not the bad about it ) I would say it is particularly good for kids who have a hard time gaining and claim they have a “fast metabolism” and can’t eat enough. 20mg a day should make that kid a little more hungry
Edit: did one google search, found out that YK is suppressive and is a DHT derivative. Therefore, not safe for anyone with rising natural testosterone levels. Do not use YK little kids.
YK11 is literally an anabolic steroid.

Yeah I looked it up and found that out after
I would really oike it to be a myostatin inhibitor as then it would be a great addition to an aas cycle. Even though the research shows that it acts through follistatin expression, judging by anecdotal evidence i am not impressed.

So far i believe creatine is one of the only if not the only thing that lowers myostatin humans, proved by research (out of the things you ca put into your body, of course resistance training by itself lowers myostatin).

Hello,
I am a 17 year old teenager, interested in testing to take MK 677. My goal is to be at the top of the Bodybuilding world. I actually want to compete in like a year or two.

Now, before taking MK, I want to consult my doctor about that. To ensure, i ain't getting things like diabetes, bc MK actually increases Insulin-resistance. But i got no idea, what kind of doctor to visit. My doctor, like the one when I am sick, or a dedicated endocrinologist?

stick with creatine/protein imo or if you want to try something just do a cycle with x gels. much better results than mk 677 . this **** make me like a baloon

can just take b6/p5p with it then and problem solved. it doesnt mess with natural gh production either

only thing to really worry about would be bp from waterweight and insulin resistance.
