Life is crazy so it has already been a week, but I want to at least get weekly thoughts for this product up! I bought this of my own finances, will run at least 2 bottles (if it works I’ll extend it), and I’ll cover more details below, but it is the only major change for now. Figure after all the excitement and for how helpful SNS/CEL have been answering questions about things that giving feedback (and considering others probably want to see how it works) is worth it!

Background:

Vitals:
-
Height: 5’8”
-Current Weight: ~168-169lbs
-Current Bodyfat: ~10%
-~7% on one of those fancy stand on + handheld scales, but I don’t trust it.
-I’ll post a picture below and maybe updated pictures, but I am not expecting dramatic changes.
View attachment 185410

Training:
-Currently 5 days per week. M-F, weekends off.
-Recently ramped up from a little time off and 3 days, then 4, now 5. If all goes well in the next month or two I’ll get back up to my usual 6 per week.
-Brief overview->
M- Snatch, Squat, Gymnastics, Circuit
Tu- Strength, Circuit, Mono-structural, Core
W- LISS
Th- Clean, Deadlift, Gymnastics, Circuit
F- Upper Push Strength, Gymnastics, Circuit, Core
-Progressions and changes are structured, but also probably a bit much to fully detail out unless
-I won’t post day to day most likely, but I’ll highlight any major improvements.
-In case anyone cares or I guess to show level of training status I have pulled over 500lb and squatted over 450 on multiple occasions. I don’t usually bench anymore (over 250 years ago), but have push pressed over 250 as well recently.
-Would consider myself pretty active outside the gym, I hit pretty much 15,000 steps easily per day.

Diet:
-I’ve been maintaining for the last 4-6 weeks. Ive been trying to maintain lower levels so it’s been a back and forth cut/maintain/small bulk for awhile.
-Goal here is to slowly grow.
-Current macros are around 175g Pro/425g Carb/125g Fat on higher days. Carbs usually tapered lower on less rigorous training days and off days.
-Nothing is off limits really, but its pretty similar day to day. Mostly pork, chicken, beef, eggs, and dairy for protein, oats, breads, potatoes, pastas, and rices for starchier carbs, avocados, nuts, olive oil and fats from other foods for fat, and apples, berries, bananas, peppers, onions, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and spinach for fruits and veggies. Other things mixed in based on availability and any random wants. I also eat lots of ice cream....

Supplements:
-Before listing, the non staple products I am using have been in rotation at least a month already, so AE is all that has been added.
-Health: Controlled Labs Orange Triad + Greens (1 scoop first and last meal of the day), Whole Body Curcuminizer (Theracumin, Boswellia, Fish Oil), Berberine (400mg x 1 a day), SNS Stress and Anxiety (2 caps in AM), and currently ALA + ALCAR (in AM).
-Performance: CEL Epi-plex (2 caps per day), 2g PeakO2, 1 scoop Morphogen Hexagen during training (Carbs + Creatine+ Ornithine + Actigin + S7..so a couple ingredients similar to AE and wanted to hold off use of it last month but couldn’t so I’ve been using Actigin for last month in this and first time using 50mg s7 in this the last month as well), and Nutrabio Intrablast 1 scoop during training.
-Stimulant/Pre-workout: Stim intake has been lowered a bit, getting by with just a small cup of coffee in the AM and sometimes a monster pre-workout (sometimes I don’t even finish it). Then usually 1-2g Glycerpump with 1g Betaine Nitrate pre-workout.
-Currently Anabolic Effect 3 caps prior to pre-workout meal (meal 2 of the day) and 3 caps prior to last meal of the day. Will note any days I change this. I take 3 upon waking and 3 prior to third meal on off days.
-This is a lot of stuff after I type it all out

Expectations:
-Maybe not the right word, but I’ll try to note all the benefits or lack of based on the write up highlights.
-Biggest things I will probably note change or lack of are:
1) Performance
2) Recovery
3) Body Comp

Ok got all that off my chest....looks like we are good to get this rolling!

Two Month Thoughts/Recap:

Bodyweight Change:
-Gain 5.2lbs (169.4-174.6lbs)
-A small gain the first month that turned into a bigger bump the second month.
-Body Comp +.7% (7.2-7.9)
-I'd actually think probably a little more fat or a bigger percentage jump just based on the amount in the last 4 weeks I added, but either way I definitely stayed pretty "lean".
*Should note that trying to stay "as lean" as I was is probably impossible and that compared to the last bulk I had this is a MUCH better increase in LBM to fat for the amount of weight gained, so I am VERY happy with this! Natural muscle improvements at this far into my training career are depressingly slow, but this was an awesome two months.
-Improved arms and shoulders from the look of things, but I don't do good pictures and didn't do anything to compare so not much to back that up.

Going to switch up how I rated things here a little bit, now that I have gotten a good feel I'm going to breakdown benefits and draw backs from best to worst:

Positives:

1) Strength and Endurance:

-Going to stick these together as they go somewhat hand in hand.
-To cut through all the noise, I'll say again that I hit 505 on Deads and 430 on Squats for doubles beltless, which is pretty insane for me. Now I haven't trained exclusively beltless at this low of reps in a while, but that is a good 40-50lbs above previosu bests for both of those!
-I pretty much improved strength EVERYWHERE in a pretty linear fashion. May not sound too impressive, but adding 5-10lbs per movement over 8 weeks (I usually hit movement rep schemes every other week) at my training level is pretty insane.
-Endurance was cruising too. I continued to hit better and better monostructural conditioning numbers (easy way to track progress) and felt "better" and "could keep going longer" on circuits (harder to gauge these as they are always different). By the end I was hitting faster/further numbers on things at an overall lower average heart rate.

2) Recovery
-So this ties in a bit with the above benefits, but I saw this in two big ways.
-First, by the end of the first bottle workouts started to feel like I could go "forever". I'd be tired, but if I wanted to add more volume I felt like I could!
-Second, I felt like I was able to hit something hard again pretty soon. I could crush a heavy deadlift, then the next day I'd be ready to hit whatever the workout called for no issues.
-I saw a decent decrease in DOMS, but the volume and work I started to put in outpaced this and I was still sore a decent bit the last two months, but I feel it wasn't too bad for the amount of work I was doing.
-My workout "density" improved. I was able to complete workouts that normally would take 120 minutes in closer to 90 minutes, because I felt like I could rest less or didn't need as much time between setting things up and feeling ready to go.

3) Muscle Gain/Fat Mitigation/Recomp
-Noted in concrete evidence by the numbers at the top, but this really shined in helping keep fat gain lower and add some quality muscle in a short time frame.
-Nothing outrageous, but again this past year I have cut down a couple times then tried to bulk again and put on more fat than I wanted, even with "stricter" approaches than I was doing for this log.
-Diet and Training definitely played a huge role, but AE allowed me to train harder and I also felt like it directly helped with shifting the benefits to a more positive desired outcome.

4) Pumps and Fullness
-This was one of the first things I noticed (S7?). I had a marked increase in daily vascularity right away.
-By week 3 an improved muscle fullness was apparent as well.
-By the end of the first bottle pumps were pretty stupid during training.
-Despite this increased pump I also felt a better ability to keep pushing through it (as noted with the endurance above).

5) Miscelaneous
-A few things seemed improved, but not so much that I could definitely say it was the AE, but worth noting.
-Sleep was solid, so at the very least it didn't disrupt my sleep.
-Libido was up. This could be due to the increase in body weight and slight fat gain, being super lean isn't always the greatest for this! Second bottle seemed like this was markedly improved, but I don't have any issues normally so could be normal variations.
-No joint issues. Wasn't expecting any, but I do get some aches from time to time (I train hard, I expect it) and things got better while using this. I won't say Anabolic Effect will make your joints feel better, but feel safe saying nothing in it directly will cause issues!

Negatives:
-Nothing really. Honestly didn't find any issues during use.
-The only things I could think of would be indirect. Training was great, but this last week I do feel a tad bit worn out, but that is usually expected at a certain point and some volume tapering may be in order soon. So keep in mind to follow a plan, just because this makes you feel like you can pump out things forever doesn't mean you should deviate from your plan a ton!
-6 pills is a decent bit, but 3/3 isn't too inconvenient.

Overall:
-Would I recommend? Yes.
-Biggest testament I can give is that I will use this again. I am not one of those guys on here who tries new things constantly, I will try a bunch of stuff, but if I find something I like I re-use it a lot!
-I went through tons of Anabeta Elite and think it is fitting that this also can be shortened to AE, the benefits were somewhat similar (but also different), but can see myself using this a lot down the road.
-Finally I would KEEP using it right now, but was given the opportunity to try/log BMP 2.0 and in fairness to that product I'll just be swapping AE out for that to do a fair log.

First Week Thoughts/Recap:

Bodyweight Change:
-Down -1lbs (169.4/168.4) Sunday-Sunday
-So calories were actually 200 per day higher last week than the week before, but I dropped a pound. Could be a million different things, but interesting first week.

Body Comp:
-Not measuring on the scale, but I don’t see any real change in tangible comp shift (but I’ll note some more superficial things later).

Recovery:
-Amazing this week. So I’ve played around quite a bit with Actigin and am a huge fan. Again I’ll note that I have been taking 50mg intraworkout the last month in Hexagen, which seemed to bump up recovery from time before using it, but this week was even better.
-Woke up sore a few times, but usually it dissipated with moving around and as the morning ended.
-Other ingredients may be helping, but for whatever reason I find taking Actigin pre (so like with my pre-workout meal now with Anabolic Effect) seems to benefit me the most. I like it at any time really, but playing around with dosing I have found this is the optimal time for me.

Performance:
-Hit or miss this week.
-Some exercises felt strong (410x3 rpe9 beltless squats and some long circuits), most saw at least minor improvements, but some stuff just didn’t “feel” great this week. This happens from time to time and I wasn’t expecting much performance wise in one week.

Pumps/Fullness:
-So vascularity is definitely up. Legs and arms are pretty crazy right now and more so than the last couple weeks.
-Pump was good, I don’t train for a pump, but I also felt I was able to push through the burn a bit more on some things, while heart rate still limited other areas.
-Muscle fullness didn’t change a ton.

Sleep:
-So didn’t go in looking for this, but 5 out of the 7 nights this week I’d say were above average for sleep quality, with the other 2 right around usual.

Libido:
-Not an area of usual concern, but this was up pretty quick this week. Especially upon waking or if I woke in the middle of the night, things were ready to go...

Blood Glucose Levels:
-So take this for what it is worth, since I hadn’t been tracking this a ton recently, so baseline numbers aren’t perfect.
-If anyone wants specific numbers I can look back, but in general it didn’t seem to have a major effect here. My pre-workout meal is usually 80-90g carbohydrates and 90 minutes after it (when taking AE prior) had be back down to ~90ish the days I measured.
-Final meal of the day is 120-130g and it was back down to 90ish again 90 minutes after that one day and one night I took it with 400mg Berberine (I take this at this time a lot) and it was 78 90 minutes after same sized meal.
-This weekend I took it meal 1 and 3 Saturday then meal 2 and 4 Sunday taking blood measures after all meals those days and honestly didn’t see much change between them at all (Sundays were higher across the board for all meals despite being pretty much the same food so who knows).
-Some people asked about this so I measured it, maybe it has some effect (and I still feel it is beneficial prior to some meals), but I wouldn’t worry about it tanking blood glucose levels if that is a concern, but as with anything your results may be different!

Only one week and looking forward to what is to come. Huge KME fan, so we will see how the coming weeks end up.

Thanks guys!

So don’t want to speak too soon, but yesterday most of the day and especially during training I felt a kick in of fullness. Not just a pump, but kind of that all day dense feeling. Possibly the upping of calories again, possibly the AE. Feels a bit like how AnaBeta felt for me.

Endurance was strong too. After a bunch of strict MU I got nearly 8 rounds of this:
IMG_1735.JPG

Basically didn’t stop moving for 9 minutes and my shoulders and triceps were screaming by the end.

Feeling a bit beat up (training has been tough), but managed a 475lbs x 3 beltless deadlift today (at least 1 rir).

Today’s conditioning piece was a barf fest, but I pushed through with no real decrease in pace, which was an improvement over how similar work has been last month or so.

So strength and endurance seem to be improving. Strength has been moving pretty consistent like this (although today’s top deadlift set was above expected based on past improvements), but the endurance has been a pain lately and seems a tad more manageable this week.

Btw from your avi pic I would say the handheld BF% reader seems accurate at about 7% BF. Maybe 8% BF at most at least you were when that pic was taken.

Second Week Thoughts/Recap:

Bodyweight Change:
-Up 2lbs (168.4lbs-171.4lbs) Sunday-Sunday
-Couple things here, I felt a bit bloated Thursday-Sunday. Not sure what I ate different or if anything, but I felt and looked a bit soft. Today (Tuesday) woke up back down to 168.6lbs so I may have been retaining a bit of water for the weight change reading. Today's weight is more normal I'd assume, but will see how the week goes.

Recovery:
-Recovery day to day still seems improved and improving. Minimal long term DOMS. My posterior chain was pretty sore from Deads on Thursday, but otherwise the rest of the workouts this week I was pretty good workout to workout.
-During workout recovery is up. When moving from movement to movement I felt ready to go even if they worked similar/same muscle groups and recovery between sets or during circuits was best it has been in awhile.

Performance:
-Hit some big weights and improved pretty much across the board.

Pumps/Fullness:
-Vascularity was about the same as first week, which is still pretty high.
-Fullness is up. Not necessarily in too much difference of pumps during training (which has already been pretty high), but more just a dense feeling day to day.

Sleep:
-Sleep is still improved.
-Some of this I also feel is that I am pushing hard in the gym (the increased weights and more volume) and it has me wiped and needing to get plenty of sleep.

Pretty much more of the same as week 1, with some more increased feelings of muscular endurance and fullness upping a bit.

I'll say that yesterday (Monday of week 3) was some definite different feelings, but we'll see how that holds for the rest of the week before drawing conclusions.

Up a bit from the avi.

I tracked on the body comp scale for several months and honestly it just didn’t seem terribly accurate for such short term change, but it probably still holds some minor utility.

Attached a picture from yesterday for reference where I currently am at. I’ll be honest the lighting and mirror for my avatar always looked the best, wish I could just use that one all the time haha

Agreed! Seems like everyone I've seen so far that has tried it has really enjoyed it. Right from the start we've seen the acute effects and now we're getting to a stage where people are really putting it to the true test

In case anyone was still wondering that weight gain last week was some serious bloating. While I look even more shredded and dry today I woke up 167.4, I’m trying to gain weight so up go the calories again. 🤷‍♂️

Third Week Thoughts/Recap:

Bodyweight Change:
-Down .8lbs (171.4lbs-170.6lbs) Sunday-Sunday
-That is still up from ~168 3 weeks ago. I was definitely bloated from something last week, but my weight does tend to fluctuate in this pattern with current intakes and training (Sunday will be the heaviest day, despite being a weigh in after an off day, whereas weight will probably be back under 170 come mid week..).

Recovery:
-This is bumped up even a tad more than before.
-DOMS still hit me, but I doubt I can ever truly eliminate them with how some of my training is oriented.
-The DOMS is less than usual AND lasts shorter periods. For example I did 150 chest to bar pull ups on Thursday, usually 1-2 days after that my forarms, back and bis are pretty wrecked. I managed only some slight stiffness after that this week!
-There were a couple sessions where the volume on some movements (overhead on Friday for example) where I felt pretty beat up and felt I had to have some soreness the following day, but it was not there.

Performance:
-As far as DURING workout recovery that is pretty high right now too. Sticking with the Friday example I hit overhead presses with the barbell, a bunch of hand stand pushups, some other pressing varitations, then finished the day with some single arm overhead pressing and still managed to do that with some solid numbers and not have a performance drop that amount of fatigue usually would lead to!
-This is noticed in more cardio environments as well. Performed a 5 round circuit of Slam Balls, DU, and Biking and was able to maintain same bike output on first round through the last round.
-Less winded on EMOM work as well.

Pumps/Fullness:
-Some pretty crazy shoulder and leg vascularity is popping up.
-Otherwise fullness is about the same. I do feel a bit more "dense", but thats hard to quantitatively measure. I'll just say subjectively I feel great.

Hunger:
-So not sure it is from AE, but I do seem a bit hungrier lately.

So again I'll be running this another 4 weeks at least after this upcoming week, looking probably 12 weeks.

Don't know if I will add anything else in. I've been wanting to experiment with some Apigenin more and have some Seanol/Ecklonia Cava I want to try, or maybe BMP down the road, but honestly things are moving pretty well right now I think I may just keep it the same for as long as it keeps going this way.

I think it's good that you will be running another bottle. Sometimes to get the full experience of a lot of natural anabolic supps I feel two bottles is needed.

So I still have a week to change my mind (ha), but I think I'll go at least the next few weeks (probably a whole second bottle) with out making any major changes to supplementation (not adding anything natty anabolic like).

I do have a bottle of Orange Beat sitting in the cabinet, so I'll probably add that to start September (debating making it a health staple, trying to nail down my health side of things, I'll keep OT + Greens and Curcuminizer, just debating if I need anything else long-term).

Outside of that I'll keep things the same for now, probably with a small switch pre-workout. As noted I had been doing 1-2g of both Glycerpump + Betaine Nitrate pre-workout with occasional caffeine (usually energy drink 100-200mgs). I feel I need a little more boost, but don't really want a ton of stims. I've got a bottle of Proccor Ultra Octane that I think I'll use (it is non-stim, but it has Betaine Nitrate, Citrulline, Glycerpump, LCLT, Taurine and Creatine + Choline and Tyrosine). So some new additions, but mostly hoping the Tyrosine + Choline can give me just a little more mental bump I want. Was thinking some Vaso6, but honestly I am kind of holding off and waiting for VasoForce XT. ;)

So part of the reason I don't want to add anything is I’m seeing such solid benefits right now and want to just keep it rolling!

I don’t want to get into posting too many pictures (I didn’t really take before pics from various angles), but last night some things jumped out at me. I’m not as lean as my avatar, but my vascularity is about on par with it. I’m getting the veins all over my sides and abs that come with good levels of leanness (pic doesn’t do it justice and the lighting isn’t as good as my avatar, but maybe you can see it). Not really the right term, but this is a similar “feel” and “look” I get when Korean Mistletoe Extact/K1ngslayer would “kick in” around week 2-3.

I eat some pretty much every night. Now the amount varies and the type may vary depending on if I’m gaining (more calories to play with), but generally 60-80g carbs from ice cream a night haha

Yeah, I wish I could eat that amount and be done with it but unfortunately ice cream is like crack to me, I’m ok as long as I don’t have it but 1 bite turns into 4-5 pints, I had 1 kilo of Gelato not to long ago... I like to stay some sort of lean so I stay away as much as I can but sometimes I can’t resist and it’s over... 😬

I'm the same. I eat a small amount of ice cream or a cookie each night post workout.

There's no such thing as a small amount of ice cream or 'a' cookie haha. I'm all or nothing when it comes to sweets lol.

Well I guess one could argue if that “one” cookie we’re just a whole pack baked into one monster haha. At which point 1 is totally acceptable

Don’t mean to derail you guys (I don’t mind the convo in the log haha)...

I realized some of the bloating last week may have been the amount of fiber I’m eating. When I go up over 500g carbs I’m going to have to back down the fiber (either cut back in some veggies and/or get a little less “clean” with some of the sources). I noticed a little bit Monday, cut some out Tuesday, and feel pretty good right now.

The good news is if I keep that under control I do almost look “dryer” right now. Mentally that’s helping with allowing me to keep shoveling the calories in and not feeling like I’m over doing anything.

That totally makes sense. I'm very susceptible to bloating from excess fiber intake myself. That's one reason even though I like protein bars and they are convenient that I have to limit them or I find myself bloating from getting too much fiber.

maybe just switch some of your veggie type carbs to stuff like cream of rice or the like? a bit easier on the gut

I noticed this exact same thing with my last bulk. I was consuming 3500 calories of which 1800-2000 of those were from carbs. WAYYYYY too much fiber when you are eating clean. I also noticed it hindered my progress to an extent. I lowered my veggie/fruit intake and replaced it with cheats for the most part and everything seemed to go back into place after that.

Ya I’m going to have to cut back on the fiber a bit, done it before, just kind of overlooked it this time.

Otherwise still doing well. Deads were up again today so strength still rising.

Held off updating on Sunday to finish my first bottle and will write up my thoughts on the first month when I get time at the computer today.

I’m pretty impressed looking forward to another month! Hit some more PRs on squats and deads too.

I'm glad to hear that you are happy with it so far and hopefully the results will continue to get even better.

I'm interested in trying this. I tried Vector, but had trouble sleeping on it. Hows the sleep on CEL AE?

No issues sleeping. My life is pretty hectic right now though so I’m exhausted and honestly I’m bed by 9 a lot of nights. No issues falling asleep and quality has been pretty high.

Still working on that full month review...

TLDR review is this stuff is awesome. 👀

A couple (or more) people have said it actually improved their sleep.

Several of the logs and a lot of the feedback we've received has talked about improved sleep quality with Anabolic Effect.

One Month Thoughts/Recap:

Bodyweight Change:
-Gain 1.2lbs (169.4-170.6lbs)
-So only a very modest change in weight.
-I think this is a bit cofounded as the first week-two weeks as I upped the calories I saw some "bloat" and water retention that led to the weight bouncing up to 171 (and that initial week 169 weight was already with some of those changes). Once I go that in control it dropped a couple pounds right away and was closer to 167-168lbs, so there is probably a little larger, but still small increase this month (my graph shows a modest upward slope about the rate I am looking for).

Recovery:
-Going to break this down into two categories a) within training and b) day to day/session to session
a) Within Training
-So I thought I was seeing this benefit pretty early, but this last couple weeks (final week bottle 1 and this 5th week and start of bottle 2) this has really jumped up.
-Set to set endurance/recovery was noticeable for strength work within the first 10-14 days, I was hitting PRs on strength work and strength work that was on the clock got "easier" to do and allowed added load despite shorter rest intervals.
-This past couple weeks though the endurance work and overall volume tolerance to sessions took a BIG jump. While it isn't like I could hit absolute best levels of work in endurance, I found that I had the "energy" to do a second tough circuit on some days and even after challenging days I felt I could add more if I wanted*.
*I log a daily training RPE, much like logging and saying I have 1 Rep In Reserve (or however you prefer to denote it), I log my training RPE. I found I have started to feel I could add more to sessions if I wanted and that similar sessions are getting easier RPE ratings.
b) Day to Day Recovery
-I noticed decrease in DOMS pretty quick, within the first week.
-I perform a full body style more days than not (especially compared to what most people do) and never felt "unready" or a drop in performance beyond what is usually expected day to day.
-By the end of the first bottle even after some pretty insane training days I'd have some decent soreness that would last at most 1 day.

Performance:
-I hit PRs pretty much non stop.
-Not every day is perfect and there is always an ebb and flow, but pretty positive from start to finish.
-Biggest improvements were strength. I am hitting some Squat and Deadlift numbers that are pretty crazy right now (pulled 485 triple beltless which bested my most recent belted 3rm for example).

Pumps/Fullness:
-This was the first noticeable effect.
-This slowly increased over duration of the first bottle as well.
-Pretty much all day increases of vascularity as well. Legs, abs, shoulders, and arms pretty much always have something popping out...
-Muscular fullness seemed improved too. This was similar to feel with how AnaBeta used to make me feel.
-I did notice some issues with some lower back pumps on high rep deadlift/hinge type movements by week 3 and 4. Just so much blood flow into the area it got hard to keep working.
-On the few bodybuilding/higher rep isolation type movements I did during this first month the pump "hurt". I felt like I could keep going and push through it better than usual, but the muscles "filled up" fast and dense.

Side Notes/Things others have asked about:
-Sleep has been great. I am not sure I'd say it has directly been improved by this, but even taking Anabolic Effect at night has not caused any issues with sleep.
-I haven't tested recently, but no major changes with blood glucose levels and dosing. It seemed to "maybe" slightly decrease levels in my readings post meals taking it, but only minor and possibly just random fluctuations, nothing on the level of something like Berberine (which shows pretty strong ability in my readings).
-Libido is up. Again nothing major and I don't really have issues, but it seems to be up, especially this last week.

Overall:
-TLDR: I highly recommend. Short and sweet it increased workout performance, improved pumps and fullness, and I just "felt" great all month.
-Longer overall: I wrote a lot about recovery, as that is such a big thing to me. It dictates my training a lot and there is a large need for recovery from session to session and this definitely provided that. Next strength was very steadily improved. I was able to constantly add weight to the bar. This may not seem big, but at this level of my training career that isn't always expected or possible. On sessions where just adding more weight wasn't necessarily the goal (shorter rest or on time sets) I noticed improvements in being less out of breath and ready to repeat sooner. Finally, while weight isn't up much, I have been steadily increasing the calories and last time I got up to this level I felt I added fat too quick, this has seemed to keep me leaner than my last go around with similar training and caloric intakes.

Feel free to ask questions if you want to know anything else specific, but I plan to keep updating in here for the duration of the next bottle (weeks 5-8) and think I'll go with at least 3 bottles in a row. Haven't added anything else to it this month yet either.

This might be the best review ever!

Question, how did you dose and did you feel any difference from dosing a certain way?

I start AE yesterday and been dosing pre w and with evening meal.

I start AE yesterday and been dosing pre w and with evening meal.
So I eat 4 times per day, workout after meal 2, and dosed 3 caps with meal 2 (preworkout meal) and 3 caps with last meal of the day (meal 4).

That is a good question, since I didn't bring it up and I do plan to try 6 caps (full daily dose) with my preworkout meal today and for the week to see if I notice anything different!
