Only temporary vegansthe concept of vegan protein sounds great if you are a vegan...to me as a meat eater it sounds silly.
that sounds just as silly, lol.Only temporary vegans
Lol, when you try to thrive off of veggies when you only have one stomach suited to break down meat efficiently, and over time you begin to fall apart, you kinda stop "veganning". And breaking it to your vegan friends is the hardest news they will ever hear.that sounds just as silly, lol.
I can't wrap my head around not eating meat, but since I do eat meat why in the world would I want vegan protein? seems they are playing to a very limited audience, imo.Lol, when you try to thrive off of veggies when you only have one stomach suited to break down meat efficiently, and over time you begin to fall apart, you kinda stop "veganning". Their expanding their Audience Actually cause they already have their Proteins made from Whole FoodsI can't wrap my head around not eating meat, but since I do eat meat why in the world would I want vegan protein? seems they are playing to a very limited audience, imo.
so all their protein is plant based?Their expanding their Audience Actually cause they already have their Proteins made from Whole Foods
No only their Vegan Protein. MRE, and MRE light are made from Milk, Egg, Chicken, Salmon, Beef Proteins. And Isotope is made from 100% Whey Isolate, and Lactose Free, and Ration is a Hydrolysate & Concentrate Blendso all their protein is plant based?
so, I go back to original comment...with all the options available only a limited audience would be interest in vegan protein. No only their Vegan Protein. Not everyone will. But, it is selling right now. I know some people have picked it up and they are doing 1 scoop MRE lite and 1 scoop Vegan? Getting Plant and Whole Food Proteins. To, each their own I guessso, I go back to original comment...with all the options available only a limited audience would be interest in vegan protein.
no biggie, it's just something I personally have no interest in.
exactly, I aint pissed at them for making it or at anyone for buying it, just not for me!!!Not everyone will. But, it is selling right now. I know some people have picked it up and they are doing 1 scoop MRE lite and 1 scoop Vegan? Getting Plant and Whole Food Proteins. To, each their own I guess
I agreeVegan proteins are not creamy and smooth
For sure. I think they generally taste pretty bad, but like you said, not for us.exactly, I aint pissed at them for making it or at anyone for buying it, just not for me!!!

Well, marketing is the name of the supplement gameDue to the ingredient make up vegan proteins they have a very chalky aftertaste. Every company has a hard time masking that property of a vegan ingredient profile. Granted there is not much you can do about it, but that is just how it is what it is.
There is a larger market then most people think for Vegan protein powders. PES Vegan sells very well, Ghost just launched Pancake Batter Vegan which sold out in 5-6 hours. While the majority who can handle whey/dairy/casein may not look into a vegan protein powder there are countless others who will. Since Redcon1 can market very well they will sell a ton of units that I can guarantee.
That's a strange looking nutritional panel. Whats up with the **? If there are truly 30g Protein calories would be 120 minimum.Possible Musclegenresearch collaboration with reign energy drinks

you also cant have "58 calories" in a serving account to the FDA, it has to be rounded. That's a strange looking nutritional panel. Whats up with the **? If there are truly 30g Protein calories would be 120 minimum.
Right. Seems like someone could just use PB2 for half the price if they wanted flavor with a big calorie drop.$15 a jar. no thanks.
that was my first thought too... a 10yr old edited on his phone hayou also cant have "58 calories" in a serving account to the FDA, it has to be rounded.
the numbers on the label also look like they were added in via microsoft paint so I doubt its legit
I'll stick with Trader Joe's unsalted chunky for $1.99 a jar$15 a jar. no thanks.

Steve Aoki? He's an EDM DJ, what a joke. But for EVL, they are probably going after a good target audience - energy for ravers! I'm sure he has a huge social media following.New EVL Collab with Steve Aoki

Yea I was just cracking a joke at the DJs expense. It's easy to market stuff to the masses. They will lap this **** up.You don't have to look like you workout to market an energy drink.
His following is massive at 14.8 MILLION followers on instagram alone
Do you realize how many non gym goers drink energy drinks? Put the face of your company's product in front of 15 million people. Tell me how much increased chance you have at selling it regardless if the person works out or not.
it's a good thing there was no internet in the 60-70's, as drugged out as everyone was back then they could have sold us anything with mr.natural on label, lol.Yea I was just cracking a joke at the DJs expense. It's easy to market stuff to the masses. They will lap this **** up.
I will be buying that day 1. I originally was hesitant to buy their whey due to only large tubs and price. I finally decided to not be so cheap and bought a tub of every flavor lately and have not been disappointed.
