Forgot to mention I weighed in and to my surprise I was down almost 2 lbs to 229.5 from 231.25. I look bigger so I was expecting an increase. I do look leaner also, could just be that last weeks weigh in was high.
Man sounds great, you must look pretty darn good now. DOn't forget the leaner you get the bigger you look. You could very well be gaining a lil muscle and dropping a lot of fat. The metabolic increase throughout the day from this type of workout is far higher than off of cardio, or even a 30 minute HIIT session.
