Hi guys I'm looking for some advice on tren e. Im 28 and have been working out for the last three years consistantly- Im 5'9 235lbs with about a 15% body fat. Ive never done a cycle. I would like to gain 5-10lbs of lean muscle and lose about 10lbs of fat. Ive done some research and it seems like tren e might a great candidate. I read that u should take test with it- is that nessesary? can i just take tren?
I like tren e because of only having to take it 2x a week
I was thinking 200mg of tren e twice a week for 8 weeks
Ive read that it should go anywhere from 6-12 weeks any advice and should i use test e , do i need to frontload with tren e? Is this a bad idea?
