For this log I was just given Andro and Arom-x. I believe the Pyramid calls for 4-AD which I didn't have.

I had a great day in the gym today. I felt strong and I smoked my last chest session.

Workout

Bench Press - 5 x 245, 3 x 265, 3 x 265, 2 x 285, 2 x 285, 1 x 300
DB Bench - 3 x 6 - 110

Skull Crushers - 3 x 10 - 100
Overhead Cable Press - 3 x 10 - 80
Tri Rope Pushdown - 2 x 12 100, 1 Drop set, 100, 80, 60, 40

My Chest and Tri's felt like they were filled with Air after this workout. 315 is the most I have ever gotten on bench and I think I could have got that today.
 
dang son.. loving those numbers. Strength has gone up dramatically from the start.
 
Sorry for the delay guys. I flew to Boston to help my brother move. We loaded up two 17 foot uhauls and drove to NC.

I was able to get a good workout in on Saturday at the Hotel. They had some Cybex equipment. I also ran on Saturday.

Workout

I did a total body workout since I had missed a few days. Went from station to station and tried to hit every body part.

Cybex Chest 3 sets of 15 -180 lbs (that was the whole stack)
Lat Pull downs - 3 sets of 15 - 150 lbs
Tricep Pushdown - 3 sets of 15 - 90 lbs
Cable Bicep Curl - 3 sets of 15 70 lbs
Side Delt Raises (7 half way up, 7 all the way up and half way down, and 7 full) 3 sets with 20 lb db.

My little bro was pretty amazed with the strenght. He was in the Military and probably has about 8 percent body fat; but never a big lifter; but then he took me out on a run and I ended up laying on the side of the road because my shins cramped.

My weight was 222 and I am feeling great. I was having some massive SHoulder and upper back cramps while moving; but that could have been from working out too much or sitting in a uhauld for 15 hours. I am back in town and plan on getting a chest and tricep workout in today.

THanks a lot. My strengh has gone up like crazy; I really didn't feel lean when I took the pics; I thought my stomach felt bloated; but pictures don't lie. At this pace I may be 225 - 230 when I am done. Then I really want to cut after that.
 
Up about 10lbs already eh. Solid work. Running is always tough with the added weight on ya.

Yeah I ran a 5K like 6 months ago; but I was 205, at 220 it is totally different. When I play basketball I am now down low instead of playing Point guard; and I get called "Big Guy" a lot. That is pretty cool though.
 
I ended up doing a P90X Legs workout tonight. I did over 300 Squats with some heavy bands. I am going to do my chest and tricep workout in the morning. My back and shoulders are still pretty sore and my lower back is killing me. I think this is due to moving a bunch of damn furniture.
 
I have just a few days left before PCT. I am up about 10 lbs and I have great strength gains. I have enough Andro left to go another week. I thought about doing that and start my Arom-x at a low dose that week as well. Does anyone have any thoughts on that?

I got a chest workout in yesterday and I will do some Bis and tris today.

Workout

Bench - 255 3 x 8 (My endurance and power is way up on bench. I was doing 255 x 3 like 2 weeks ago; Hell I was maxing 255 3 weeks ago.

Decline DB - 90 lb 3 x 12
Incline DB Stretch - 3 x 15 50 lbs
DB Pullovers - 100 lb x 10

I have put on a little size in my gut; but my diet (Especially last week on the road trip) has not been great. I have been hungry as hell while on the Andro; but I have put on a lot more muscle then fat that is for sure.
 
You could low dose the AromX to kickstart your PCT the last week of 1andro and be fine.
 
Had a great overall arm workout yesterday. Felt strong and very pumped.

Workout
Superset - Close Grip Bench - 3 sets 225 8 Reps and Hammer Curl 3 sets 12 with 45 lb db.
Superset - Tricep Pushdown - 140 lbs with Bicep Cable Curl 90 lb 3 sets of 12

Combo Set - DB SHould Shrug 100 lbs by 15 and DB Clean and Press - 3 sets of 12 50 lbs.

Finished with light weight cables - Lateral Raises, One Armed Upper Cable Curl, and one arm reverse tricep pushdown.


I also ran 2 miles on the elliptical machine. I am starting to feel some back pumps similar to what i had on SD; nothing unbearable but a little aggravating at times.

I got a leg workout in this morning before I headed out to Chicago for work. I am looking for a gym now that I can get a couple of lifts in this week.

I did more of a lightweight leg workout because my back still feels a little sore.

Workout
Hack Squat - 450 lbs 3 x 12
Leg Extension - 200 3 x 15
Leg Curls - 130 3 x 12
Calf Raises - 200 3 x 20
 
how was your libido and other things affected during the cycle

I had no libido problems at all. I had very few sides during the cycle.

- Once or twice I felt very tired; but this was not constant.
- Mild lower back and shoulder pumps.

That is really it. I had some trouble eating well because I was so hungry; but I think that is due more to the weight gain and lifting so much.

I will get some pics and some before and after numbers up this week.
 
I ended up working late last night so I didn't get to try out the free day pass at the gym.

I did bring my bodylastics bands (that are actually great); which I use a lot for Plyometric training. You can get some serious resistance with them.

So I got a great total body workout this morning. If I can't hit the gym tonight I will def. be able to get down there tomorrow. Gotta love the freaking hotels with no Fitness Center.
 
I am back from Chicago and I am going to workout today. I am starting to think that 4 weeks would have been enough though. The last few days I have really felt like I have no energy. I also think that the libido is down a little bit too. I am going to go until Sunday; but I think I would recomend 4 weeks for anyone else. I really had no sides until this last week.

Okay all that being said, I did a chest workout today and holy ****, my strength is up even more. The most I have ever benched in my life is 315 by 1. Here is my bench workout from today, and keep in mind this what at my house with no spot and no one to pull to hand me the bar.

Bench Press
2 x 5 275, 1 x 2 of 305, 1 x 1 315, 1 x 1 of 325 (Personal Record!)

THen I did some lighter weight Dumbell bench and some pull overs.

I felt really unmotivated when I got on the bench; but when I warmed up with 135 it seemed lighter then ever, so I thought well maybe I get some energy. I warmed up with 225 like it was 135.

Andro gives you some unreal strength gains; I am going to be sad to get off of it. Hopefully I can keep most of it.

My weight is 226.5 today. My body fat stayed at 16 percent for the whole cycle.
 
Sorry guys I have not had much time to update. I started PCT on Monday, I am taking 3 caps at supper for the next two weeks then I will drop that to two. I am feeling better now; but up until Thursday I have been drained. (I would guess lack of Test.); but I am feeling much better so far.

I took my picture on Sunday and here all the results Invalid Link Removed. I ended up putting on 10 lbs in basically 4 weeks, and my body fat did not change.

Here are some opinions I had after using Andro :

1. Unreal strengh gains.
2. Great overall muscle gains
3. Little or no sides (I broke out a little and I had some slight back pumps)
4. My orginal goal was to actually lose some weight and add some muscle; I think that would be very hard on this product. One because I was hungry all the time, and two you just don't get that much stronger and lose weight.

If anyone asks me if I would use this product again; I would say "Hell Yeah!". I will keep you posted through the PCT and eventually post my bloodwork before and I plan on getting some more bloodwork done about week 8. I no from doc that my test. was a little low before I started. I am not sure how much or why; but I will get the exact numbers soon.
 
Here were my goals from the beginning.

Weight – Current -212 Goal – 205 -Ended up at 222; realized after first week that I was not going to try to lose weight; I will cut later.
BF% – Current 16 % - Goal Maintain - Final - 16%
Arms – Current 15 ½ Goal 16+ Final - 16 1/2
Stomach – 38” (most it has ever been) Goal -36” 38 1/2
Bench – Current 255 x 2 Goal - 285 x 3 Final 285 X 8! 325 X 1
Incline DB – Current 75 x 8 Goal 90 lb x 8 Final - 90 x 8
Military Press – Current 155 x 5 205 lb x 5 Final 185 x 5 (I think I really set my goal too high here; my Military Press has always been weak; I am very happy with 185
Dead Lift – Current - 315 Goal 405 for reps Final 365 x 3 (The back pains really played a role in this; I had a hard time doing lower back excercises

For the most part I smashed by goals. I think I was def. strong enough to Deadlift 405; but towards the end my back kind of felt like it does the day after you deadlift heavy; but would not go away.
