USP Stack.. help please

Hey everyone. I'm new on the board, but a longtime reader of posts. I'm about to finish up my Gaspari Stack in a few days.(SP250,SizeOn, and Plasmajet), and I have a nice USP Stack on the way that I'm gonna run.(AP, PSlin, and Prime, along with some Waxy Maize preworkout with the PSlin) I was just wondering if it was OK to start running them all at the same time, or should I stagger them?
Any input would be helpful, guys. Thanks.

First off, Welcome! You can start them all at once, the results and "synergy" (It's the hip word around here) will be great.

The only disadvantage to starting them all at once is you won't be able to assess the specific effects of each, and it will be harder to diagnose problems that might pop up. Loose/runny stools is probably too much coleus, work up to 3 or 4 caps/Recreate /day. "Anabolic Dumps" are clearly from the AP. Hopefully you won't run into either.

PSlin can make you hypoglycemic, so make sure you eat 60-100g of carbs and include some simple ones too. I would recommend staying on some sort of creatine as well and utilize PSlin / AP to drive it into your muscles.

It should make for an amazing experience though, let me know if you have any more questions.

This should make for an excellent stack. Very similar to the one i am currently running.

What time do you train? I can help you lay your dosing out to be sure to utilize the products in the most effective manner.

thanks a bunch. Yeah, I was also going to run some NO2 black and some CE2 Hi-Def as well, and I have some Monster Milk for my protein. Results after this should be amazing!! As you said though, it will be hard to differentiate one product's results from another.
5 different products, each one dosed during a very specific window throughout the day. Whew! This will take a little while to get used to.

I was thinking of running it like this:

Pre-breakfast - NO2 Black, AP, (P-Slin on rest days)
Breakfast - Prime
Snack
Pre-Lunch - NO2 Black, AP
Lunch - Prime
Pre-workout 45 min before - Waxy Maize & P-Slin
Pre-workout 15 min before - CE2
Postworkout - Monster Milk
Snack
Pre-Dinner - AP
Dinner - Prime & Monster Milk

Always being sure to eat tons of complex and simple carbs and lots of lean protein

Edit: I usually train in the early afternoon, no later than 3 or 4 PM

This looks great.

Keep in mind, some users feel as if WMS is not enough to keep from feeling hypoglycemic with Pslin.

I've used AP before, when it first came out, didn't get results from it, but it was probably because I didn't know how to use it. Never used PSlin or Prime before, though. Everyone seems to get awesome results from Prime so far, but I haven't heard a whole lot about PSlin. Seemed like a good addition to my USP Stack. So you think loading it with about 80g of WMS will be enough? I'll probably have to see what feels right. USP dosing is such a pain in the ass, but the products are very quality.

Getting huge IS a pain in the ass, get used to it! :hammer:

You will have to tell me what works for you as people are different. WMS does not 'do the trick' for me but it does work for my training partner. There are plenty of options though. Try it and give us feedback, we can help you from there.

AP and P-Slin especially can be difficult to pin down as perfect, but once there, the results can be very encouraging.

As for my workouts, I'm doing German Volume Training, which is working well for me, as I don't want to build tons of mass, just moderate amounts of very lean mass. My workout is structured like this:

Day 1:Chest
Day 2:Abs
Day 3:Legs
Day 4:Abs
Day 5:Arms and Shoulders
Day 6/Day 7: Off
Those of you guys familar with GVT, it concentrates on only 1-3 lifts with 10 X 10, so TONS of reps with about 60% of your 1RM
Sometimes if i'm very sore, as this workout does to me, i'll take a day off in between, or even 2.

The only downfall i've seen in this workout is muscle imbalances, which i've not experienced yet, but being that the weight dosen't change until next workout, and the exercise seldom changes, there is not much room for variety.

But i'm very open to suggestions on how I can improve my workouts according to supplementation, timing, etc. Any thoughts?

I have heard good things about GVT. Dont fix what aint broke...

I may use this for my recovery week, next week with a lighter %.

Yeah GVT is really working for me. My abs are coming along so nice, because they get thrashed twice a week. I'm really looking forward to this USP Stack, and to see how it measures up to this Gaspari Stack i'm finishing now. Gaspari makes a really good product, I think. The Plasmajet leaves something to be desired, but SizeOn is awesome creatine.

Should be interesting as they are completely different products with different effects. Keep us updated!

boro, I saw your meal log, and you really seem to know what you're doing as far as diet. I'm pretty good with it, but it could be a lot better. Do you eat a meal every 3 hours or so? and if i'm stacking AP, PSlin, and Prime, approximately how many calories would you say is a good amount to eat, and how much of it should be carbs?

This is a very open ended post. Either PM me or post up your stats AND goals and we can take a look at it!

BTW - Thanks for the kind words!
