I've cross posted these from my Invalid Link Removed, taken right before I started.
Biggest challenges are working around my back (injury) and my elbows (chronic tendinitis).
I'm 42 (and 6 months if you want to get technical). M/W/F weight training, T/TH Minutes Muay Thai. I'm doing full body using a 5x5 philosophy, although I do 4 sets instead of 5:
Monday/Friday
Squats (4 sets)
Incline Press (4 sets w/straight bar)
Close Grip Pull Downs (4 sets)
Seated Military Press (4 sets w/straight bar)
Max Dips
Max Curls (DB, straight bar or machine)
20 - 30 mins heavy bag work
Stretching
Wednesday
Squats (3 sets)
Deadlift (3 sets)
Incline Press (3 sets w/straight bar)
Pec Dec (2 sets x 10 reps)
Clean to Press from Thighs (4 sets)
Max Dips
Max Curls (DB, straight bar or machine)
20 - 30 mins heavy bag work
Stretching
Tuesday/Thursday
90 mins Muay Thai, sparring and bag/pad work)
Saturday or Sunday (not both)
2 mile run
