It depends on your dose, it's 90 caps per bottle, and most do 3-4 caps a day. Also it's perfect to use during a cycle as it's increasing your growth hormone levels ANDDDDDDD it lowers blood pressure

maybe a 3:3:3 protocol. Each with no carbs in that 30 minute period. I have 3 and with the 2 free products I am supposed to be getting I will ether do pslin and anabolic pump or more powerfull. I have 1 pslin im going to be using.
