Depends on your preference.

Green MAG is more cost effective and tastes great. It would last longer.

Green BULGE is a little bit more $ but the convienence of pills is pretty sweet.

I'd go with the MAG Lemonade flavor, mixes very well with PW & WF.

good assessment. green bulge also has some extras in it that are nice.

I take bulge on workout days and green mag Popsicles on off days
