Can someone tell me a good starting does for Test Cypionate? I'm going to try the Arimidex a few more weeks (10 days fo far) but after that if I dont feel anything that I'll probably start HRT to get my FreeT up. I'm thinking of going with shots so I dont have to do cream every single day. Plus my dht and E2 is high already.

Ok time to start updating my log..

Tried arimidex liquid to try to bring down my SHBG and E2 before going on TRT but didnt see much benefits to that approach alone. Got back on taking .25 ED this weekend.

Tried armour but didnt notice much difference except making me feel more tired. Couldnt take it dragging me down so had to stop. My temps were normally 98.2 anyways.

Started TRT cream 2 weeks ago but had to stop sunday due to it making me feel worse. Chest and stomach pains when I rubbed it on my entire front. Still noticed chest pains (muscle not heart) even when not using it on my chest. Stopped it and they went away.

Got to where I couldnt cool off either at night and kept me from sleeping. I'd have the ac on low but couldnt get cold.

Another werid thing was I got real blurry eyed on day around 11:30am after about a week on the cream. Felt like low blood sugar but sugar was fine on continous bg checks. Never ever felt like that before no matter how low I'd gotten before.

Very frustrating as I feel better now off everything that when I was trying stuff.

Called Dr and now waiting on response. Will probably try shots now.

With shots you know that you got the T under you skin.
With creams or gels absorbability is another variable.

why would you want to go to shots or any other T supplementation, this is respectable TT level? Because FreeT is very low and also ue to symptoms.

that is a lot, work on it. What is it now? Well symptoms didn't get any better. SHBG will be high due to low T, read that Dr. M doesn't believe in trying to raise or lower SHBG but uses it as an indicator of issues. SHBG being high is a symptom of low T, not the cause is my understanding. (Reading from Dr. M's posts)

what is it now? Incorrect? Again, dont know the number but symptoms is what I go by which aren't any better.

Your FreeT3 was low, what is it now? Dont know, no retests yet. Dr. John has posted that lowering E2 to raise T doesnt work. I believe this also, but that is why I tried using arimidex alone first but didn't provide any benefit to my symptoms. Which is why I went the TRT route.

I gave you some advice here, have you used it?

Last night had the same thing happen again. Woke up in the middle of the night and couldnt sleep because I couldnt cool off. AC was way cold but I just felt weird. I keep wondering if it's not due to the few glasses of water and oj I drank. Blood sugar was fine. I read that people with adrenal fatigue have to be careful of taking in too much potassium or water without enough salt as it makes it worse. Plus I played airsoft wars with the youth group on sat and was soaked in sweat. Felt a lot worse after that.

Hopefully I can go get my aldosterone checked today.

You must have gotten your new blood test.
Post the whole test, do not do it piece meal.

If you have changed your routine and are two weeks into new one, you should have not tested until you have got at least six weeks into new routine.
You should make complete tests with one blood draw to get complete snap shot at one point in time. Having different things tested at different time creates chaos, counter-productive, not conducive to draw reliable conclussions.

Now I realize why I felt like crap after two weeks of the TD cream... she started me on 200mg a week! My bet my E2 hit the roof.

Doing rhein labs urine next to find out more.

Dr. John is awesome, I had a great time going out to michigan.

If this is from dr John, IIRC some reported that they use
5% Tgel (not a cream)
200mg of that kind of gel would be a very tiny amount.

For example on the end of my experience with Tcream,
I was using 10% Tcream from another source.
I was using 2grams of that cream and it was not enough.
2grams = 2000mg
So I was using 10x of your dose with probably 2x stronger transdermal and it did not given me satisfaction.

That amount of cream contains same amount of testosterone that is in 10grams of Androgel.
Previous to the Tcream, for long time, I was using Androgel, 10grams, my TotalT~800-1000

I am getting ready for my next test soon.
I am on 130mg/week E3D shots and 500iu HCG, same days.
By the way my pines operates and otherwise the way I feel,
I must say it is improvement from my Androgel days.
This is my first week of 3 ejaculations/week in long time,
improvement for my 67 yo pines.
Will see what my blood test shows.

Next step figure out estrogen metabolism. Do you know where i can find just nettles in the metholonic form? My shbg needs to come down and think manpulating estrogen metabolism with fish oils, calcium d glucurate and DIm is way to go, but now just holding out to get urine test back..just using 2 tsp fish and 1000 mgs calcium D, no dim. taking iodine has not done crap because with out proper e2 levels it does not get uptake into the thyroid

Concentrate, do not get distracted.

Wait two months for hcg and pregnenolone and the rest of your routine to work thru your body.

Use this time to plan you next blood test.
Proceede per results of this next blood test.

Mke sure that you do not produce theories and act on them.
Act only on blood tests.

Good question, I'm not sure of the strength. Definitely too much though since my T level is still at 1008 2 weeks after stopping.
No telling what it was during use.

Not from Dr. John, still have to do the rhein labs urine for him. I'm interested in seeing those results.

Well I got my results back from my 24 hour urine from Rhein. Well Dr. John did, still waiting on my copy. My Testosterone is low and my Progesterone is high. Nothing can be done for high progesterone so I'm left with just using T gel. Contrary to my blood work my estrogen levels all were normal he said. That was surprising!

I'll post my actual numbers when I get my copy.

I'm curious to see if getting my Testosterone levels back to normal and fish oils do anything to help it. I love my nordic naturals fish oil caps I started using. Everytime I take them my blood sugar goes low which shows it really helps with my insulin sensitivity.

I started T cream again thursday 9/13, 10% 1ml (100mg) in the morning. Once I use up what's left I will switch to compunded gel

Pretty much the same thing, carlson's is top notch from what I hear, never tried it. I prefer caps and came across this brand on recommendation and I liked that it had lemon oil and vit.e and rosemary to keep freshness. I got mine from elitefts.com

Administration of exogenous T will cause a drop in all androgenic hormones, progesterone included.

Pregnenolone will raise progesterone to desired levels.
