| Registered User | 1.) Any contraindications to alcohol consumption? 2.) High GI Vs. Low GI? Or is a combination better? 3.) I eat 5 meals plus 1 PWO shake daily, with every main meal being equal in macros (65g CHO, 60g PRO, 20g FAT)...would it be better to take a smaller dose of AP with every meal or just choose 3 meals during the day? 4.) What if I carb-load? 5.) I seem to recall someone saying about Cialabol that flexing muscles will increase benefits, same with AP? Pumps have been insane with Cialabol...and they say AP is better! I don't think I can handle AP + Cialabol or AP + NO2...but I'm willing to try! Ya know, for science. |

| A healthy dose of sarcasm... | Is it recommended to take Anabolic Pump with Ala-based products? Is it safe to take AP with TTA based products? Would this cause any adverse sides?

1.) I have no clue. 2.) Low GI in my experience, with maybe a bit of High GI. 3.) I would start by using it for 3 meals a day. If you find that you want to add more, add another dose. 4.) It would be great for a carb load. 5.)I don't know the answer to this.

If 1 cap AP = ~60g carbs and the label explicitly states not to take more than 1 cap at a time, but I want to eat more than 60g carbs... what is the best protocol for carb-loading?

The diabetes question has already been answered. The label says 18+. It is a SAFE supp. however.

I feel, as well as many others that 60 grams is a good amount. However, I have eaten 100 or more on it and felt the same effects. I never needed to up the dose.

| Alpha Male 4 Life | My sister has 3 kids and runs a busy house. She doesnt have alot of time to workout. But she is on a small calorie deficit to lose some weight. Would AP be a good supplement to add to her diet?

1. Not sure. I've tried upwards of 750 mgs of the bulk - didn't notice a difference, but it's possible that isn't enough. 2. I think it's in the 40 to 60 gram range. Stick with low GI carbs. I've gone upwards of 100 and not noticed much lethargy (which is totally cool). 3. 15 minutes or so.

I'll take a stab at these. 1. If AP works as stated, saying that it prevents glucose uptake in adipocytes and promotes uptake in muscle cells, then ALA-based products would be counterproductive as ALA-based products are nonspecific insulin-mimickers. 2. I was wondering this exact same thing, and I was doing a combo of AP/ciala/omega Burn3d for a week or so. Then I got a weird sickness (which I'm still not over) and stopped the burn3d. I've taken burn3d and TTA based products for a long time, on and off. They never once made me sick. I just stopped its usage because thinking more about it, no matter how much water I would drink, I would still develop kidney pains at high doses and be dehydrated; I would go to bed with my lips burning and my mouth parched, even though I just drank easily a gallon plus of agua. This used to happen to me when I used Burn3d solo, never when I used it in combo with AP/Ciala I feel that with the necessity of a high water intake with AP, combining it with something like TTA, which has an unknown but definite effect on water retention and distribution (possible electrolyte imbalances, etc) could be detrimental. No one really knows for sure though, as TTA's effect on electrolyte concentrations intra/extracellularly is unknown, and AP's method of action is also unknown. My question: If AP does not act through AMPK, which could easily explain preferential absorption of glucose in muscle over fat, what pathway does it act through? I am unfamiliar with any other pathway which would provide similar effects.

Rampage - I'm taking MP (my only supp really) with YG one or so times per day (sorta when I feel like it, I've had a few days at 3 servings, and about equal on 2 or 1 serving - have had this for a month or so). I've had no issues as of today - 6 caps of MP.
