I'll give this a watch here, but firstly. As an experienced athlete/lifter who has also used THC both for recreational and later medicinal purposes.. It's best to be saved for when you need it, like steroids, after you have max'd yourself out naturally first. That said there can be mind-muscle connection benefit, for those who may have high anxiety and can't relax in the gym to get in the zone.
