Things just keep getting weirder with each week of our top workout fails. You think eventually we’d run out – but they just keep coming like a hoard of locusts that just can’t help but keep failing in the gym every single day. We’re also definitely noticing a pattern with most workout fails. Literally half the population in the gym humps when they train. We don’t know why – but we just keep seeing it. So it must be true.
We also notice a lot of people just don’t understand the right form for most exercises. This is a real problem actually – because it can lead to actual long term damage. There’s nothing wrong with being a novice but please for the love of god just take a few minute to learn and ask questions. Make sure you’re doing things right before they go oh-so-wrong.
The highlight of this week’s top workout fails comes in the form of a very strange exercise that looks more like a guy who has an itch in his butt that he just can’t scratch right. Hopefully no one used the barbell after him… or at least hopefully he wiped it down.
