Directions:
On Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 or 3 scoops of Stone Dragon with 16-24 oz. of cold water or juice and drink 15-30 minutest prior to training.
On Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 or 2 scoops of Stone Dragon with 16oz. of cold water or juice. Take once a day around the same time you would take it on training days.
Important: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Though dramatic effects will be noticed in your very first workout, Stone Dragon should be taken everyday to illicit its maximum.
