Directions:
As as dietary supplement, take 1-2 vegetarian capsules 2-4 times per day. For use as a sleep aid, consume 2-6 vegetarian capsules before bed. Start at the lower dose to assess tolerance. Do not take for more than 3 days in a row without 2-3 day wash out.
