Directions:
Normal use: mix 2-4 capfuls in two times the amount of water and consume.
Hardcore use: Consume 2-4 caps straight (warning HOT!). Do not consume more than 12 capfuls a day. Best if consumed 10-20 minutes before work or exercise. It is recommended to first start with the lowest dose possible, to asscess tolerance.

Individuals who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine or have a medical condition should consult a doctor before consuming this product. Do not use this product if you are more than 15 pounds overweight. The consume assumes total liability if this product is used in a manner inconsistent with label guidelines. Do not use for weight reduction. Do not consume synephrine or caffeine from other sources, including but not limited to, coffee, tea, soda and other dietary supplements or medications containing phenylephrine or caffeine.
