Directions:
Take two (2) capsules in the morning and another two (2) capsules in the evening, preferably eight (8) hours apart. When taking four (4) capsules per day, one (1) box of Mass FX will supply four (4) weeks of use. As a general rule to follow, take one (1) capsule for every 50 lbs or 23kg of body weight you have. For best results, use for eight (8) weeks. Do not exceed six (6) capsules per day and eight (8) weeks of continuous use.
