    Ok ladies and gents, Im going to run a log.

    I was going to wait til tomorrow to start, but I got a little antsy in the pantsy.


    ***Any questions about the routine or what Im doing, please feel free to ask or PM me. Im not allowed to release the exact details, but I will answer any questions to the best of my ability, as I am only allowed to download each weeks workout one at a time.



    Day 1:

    Weight: 245lbs
    BF: @13%

    Ok, first off, this workout is nuts!!! I have never been humbled this much in my entire life. The pumps are amazingly painful and I never thought that even at the lighter weights the rep ranges would be that difficult. Chest and lats felt like they were gonna explode out of my skin.

    Tomorrow is leg day, and Im seriously looking forward to squats. I hope the people at my gym dont think im weird because I plan on bringing a bucket with me (for those of you on the program, you know what im talking about ).


    Day 2: Leg Day

    Ok, it was actually yesterday that i did the workout, but i was so drained pretty much all day that I didnt even feel the need to go on the computer.

    The workout was very intense and I had to basically push myself to finish it at the end. I had my PWO shake at the gym and just kinda hung out there for awhile to get enough energy to get in my car and leave, LOL.


    Day3

    Good workout today. Best pump I've had in my arms in a long, long time. I definitely think the change of pace that TheGame has given me is just what i needed.

    I cant wait til the hard stuff comes!!! I seriously love hard workouts and having to almost keal over from exhaustion and pushing myself.

  5. Day 4
    Damn, that was sweet workout! I loved the burning feeling i got in my legs.

    The only thing that i didnt like was that my hams started to cramp up for some reason. I drank plenty of water today, so Im not sure what could have caused it.

  7. Day 5

    Very intense workout today. Had a great pump in my shoulders, chest and lats. I was exhausted at the end of the workout. No cramps today, so thats good.

    One thing to note is that I've been super hungry throughout the day.

  9. Day 6
    Workout went great today. No cramping on the legs, so Im very pleased with that. I stretched a little more than normal, so hopefully that was the issue.

    Got a well deserved day off tomorrow, and my body for sure needs it.

  12. Day 7

    OFF

    Day 8

    Great workout today. Things were kinda switched up and the rest periods seemed to be alot shorter, even though they werent, lol. A very intense workout, but was awesome!

    Cant wait to hit some squats this way tomorrow

  13. Day 9

    Great workout today!! Squats were killer. The rest periods seem to come waaaaay too quick, lol. But i can tell the workouts are kicking up my metabolism, because I'll find myself sweating and odd times during the day.

    As for my diet, today so far its been horsesh1t, basically because ive been to lazy to actually prepare my food.

    Ive been getting in right around 5K as far as cals go. Within the next week or so, I'll see how the results are and either leave it at this or bump it up a bit.

  14. Day 10

    Upper body today went very well. The first half of the workout i probably should have done more weight with the intensity that i brought to the gym. I made up for it the second half and probably went heavier than i should have, but its all good.


    Day 11

    OFF

    Day 12

    Lower body again. After my workout I was seeing little flashes in the corners of my eyes, so Im assuming that it was pretty intense.

  15. Day 13

    Man, it seems that these workouts keep getting harder and harder!!! I was absolutely exhausted at the end. Had to push to another limit to finish the last set of tri's.

    Chest and lats appear to be looking a lil bigger and fuller. So far the scale has been somewhat misleading, for the simple fact that i really haven been gaining weight, but i do look bigger. Hopefully Im dropping BF and gaining muscle.

  16. Day 14

    Legs were feeling good yesterday. Drowned in sweat and absolutely exhausted afterwards. Legs look bigger and fuller.

    Only problem is that doing this 3 days a week has started to take a toll on my knees. I talked to TheGame and i think Im gonna have to go to the 5 day GTP and only have 2 days of legs per week for awhile and maybe every few weeks or so throw in a third day. We'll see how it goes.

  17. interested to hear the progress on weights or eventually size.

    we need more people posting different splits and routines.

    I'm curious as to how TheGame's results have been using his optimum frequency and all that. I'm not calling him out at all, I just see a lot of summation and I've never seen a picture of him to see if he backs it up.

    again... not a call-out. He's not trying to be a mook like A.Roberts at least.
