Ok ladies and gents, Im going to run a log.
I was going to wait til tomorrow to start, but I got a little antsy in the pantsy.

Ok, first off, this workout is nuts!!! I have never been humbled this much in my entire life. The pumps are amazingly painful and I never thought that even at the lighter weights the rep ranges would be that difficult. Chest and lats felt like they were gonna explode out of my skin.
Tomorrow is leg day, and Im seriously looking forward to squats. I hope the people at my gym dont think im weird because I plan on bringing a bucket with me (for those of you on the program, you know what im talking about ).
Day 2: Leg Day
Ok, it was actually yesterday that i did the workout, but i was so drained pretty much all day that I didnt even feel the need to go on the computer.
The workout was very intense and I had to basically push myself to finish it at the end. I had my PWO shake at the gym and just kinda hung out there for awhile to get enough energy to get in my car and leave, LOL.
Good workout today. Best pump I've had in my arms in a long, long time. I definitely think the change of pace that TheGame has given me is just what i needed.
I cant wait til the hard stuff comes!!! I seriously love hard workouts and having to almost keal over from exhaustion and pushing myself.
